Location: San Jose (on-site)
Timeframe: Immediate
Time Commitment: 6 months
Channel Impact is hiring a Channel Operations Specialist to provide database administration to our high tech client.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

Overview:

We are seeking a high energy, hands on, detail oriented, organized individual to help manage our client's partner database. The ideal candidate will have the ability to react quickly to changing priorities and be able prioritize assignments based on most urgent need and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
- Database Administration
Own the channel partner database.
- Run reports and identify bad data.
- Analyze data in Excel, make corrections, and work with IT personnel to make system updates.
- Maintain the SFDC page layout used by employees to access partner data.
- Other duties and special requests as assigned.

Skill Sets and Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of high technology experience
- Channel experience preferred, but not required. Channel Marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Advanced level user.
- Experience Salesforce.com preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly motivated; able to work independently; able to manage multiple tasks and projects.
