Middle Tier C# Developer

Looking for a C# Application Developer to join our growing team. We focus on designing and developing custom applications and will be using C#, ASP.NET, SQL. In this position you will be responsible for working as part of a high energy team and you will be developing at all levels of the application including UI and Business Logic and Data Access. Our tool set includes Visual Studio 2008, Team Foundation Server (Team Suite) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and T-SQL. Desired Experience:

* 2-5 years .NET development experience in C# and ASP.NET and MVC * 2-5 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and ADO.NET * Experience with Silverlight and WCF are a plus * Understanding of web services * Familiarity with SDLC * Ability to manage several different initiatives at once, manage multiple tasks, and set priorities while maintaining high quality standards * Experience working in a source-controlled environment

Modem Systems Engineer


Position
Summary

  

Samsung Information Systems America in San Diego is recruiting Modem Systems Engineers for our San Diego based Mobile Solutions Lab. The successful candidate will work as part of a team on the systems design, implementation and verification of modem products for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSPA/LTE and other advanced wireless technologies. Duties & Resp.

  

- Understand wireless 3GPP standards 
- Develop signal process algorithms for WCDMA or OFDM signals 
- Conduct C/C++ and Matlab simulations to study system performance under various multipath-fading channel propagation conditions 
- Implement and verify advanced signal processing 
- Verify product performance using commercial test equipment and field testing 
- Model and simulate digital communication links


Necessary Skills /
Attributes

  

- MS with 5+ years of relevant industry experience; PhD preferred 
- Expertise in computer simulation and modeling, information theory, probability and random processes 
- Must possess good analytical, problem solving and communication skills 
- Knowledge and understanding of GSM/WCDMA/HSPA/LTE standards
