About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst for a global high tech company. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for reporting on marketing campaign metrics, ROI and providing insights in order to improve marketing results. This role will require working closely with sales teams to gather data, and with field marketing managers to understand demand generation programs. Systems to leverage include Excel, Salesforce.com and the marketing automation system.

This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month project (extensions possible) onsite in Vienna, VA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Track metrics for demand generation programs – programs include events, partner programs and digital marketing campaigns. Work directly with sales team to gather results and enter collected data into salesforce.com.

• Leverage Salesforce.com, the marketing automation system (Eloqua) and Excel to track metrics and build reports. Measure performance of demand generation programs against program metrics.

• Assess ROI of programs; impact on sales.

• Collaborate with field marketing managers and corporate demand generation teams to report metrics, analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of analytics and quantitative experience, in marketing or another functional area

• Understanding of marketing programs, and desired results

• Self-starter, ability to operate in a complex environment, highly organized

• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact

• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills

• Excel power user

• (Preferred, but not required) Understanding of Salesforce.com and Eloqua

• Bachelor's degree

The ideal candidate will have experience in communications/public relations and/or marketing in a fast paced environment, including working with senior executives. Care is currently provided at four ambulatory sites across the county: Highland Wellness and Eastmont Wellness in Oakland, Newark Wellness in Newark and Hayward Wellness in Hayward. In addition, there are specialty clinics located at Highland Hospital. Ambulatory services include: Pediatrics, Immunizations, Family Planning, HIV/AIDS, Breast Health, Same-Day (Urgent), Dental, Podiatry, TB, Minor Surgery, Orthopedics, Oncology, Cardiology, GI, etc. Over the past two years, the ambulatory division added capacity, facilities, providers and staff, and will continue this investment over the next few years. During fiscal year 2016, the ambulatory division provided 308,313 annual visits.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Chief will serve as the physician leader responsible for all aspects of clinical and medical services provided at specialty and general clinic sites throughout the System, including ambulatory strategic planning, operations and care delivery. We seek candidates who have a demonstrated track record of success as a visionary physician leader with solid managerial experience in clinical administration, a fundamental commitment to a patient-centered model of care and a keen understanding of the medical services marketplace and evolving healthcare organizational, financing and delivery models. What you will be doing:

-Monitoring the execution of all channel-marketing programs by working closely with the CAMs and Field Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing specialist for a global high tech company. The social media marketing specialist will develop and manage the social media calendar, posting on social media platforms, writing blogs, and reporting on results. This is a US focused role, with some coordination with WW leads.

This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month project (extensions possible) onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and manage the social media calendar, including finding 3rd party articles, writing posts, and creating visual images for Twitter and LinkedIn.

• Create weekly social media newsletter highlighting top posts, blogs and upcoming events (tradeshows or webinars)

• Work with internal subject matter experts to develop, create and run webinars on BrightTalk channel

• Work with subject matter experts to create new content for blogs, helping with the writing as needed, editing and management of review cycles.

• Work with marketing managers to finalize webinar content and manage review cycles.

• Set-up and publish blog posts in WordPress

• Generate reports using Sprinklr, WordPress and Google Analytics

• Supporting Online Social Media Marketing Managers in daily tasks

Requirements:

• 2-4 years social media marketing experience in a technology company

• Working knowledge and understanding of Sprinklr, WordPress, Google Analytics, BrightTalk or similar social media and reporting tools a plus.

• Experience in using Photoshop, preferred

• Enjoys finding creative ways to increase engagement with followers and build awareness of solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and follow through; outstanding oral/written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Position Summary:

 

This is a great opportunity to join a strong, collaborative team in a role focusing on software development with leadership and advancement opportunities.  The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for design, architecture, development and maintenance of applications such as our Cash Management Platform, Corporate Actions Management System, and Custodian Reconciliation systems, working with a team of 2 full-time employees as well as 10+ development and QA consultants on and offshore.

 

The firm is committed to providing a robust platform that streamlines the communication, decision-making, and execution of operational activity as much as possible.  Our applications require a strong focus on detail and cross-team collaboration to support system integrations such as SWIFT message processing, Security Master, Pricing, and Portfolio Accounting.

 

Goals for Operational Transaction Management include:

 

·          Operational Efficiency: Provide analysis and worklfow management tools to identify portfolio events and action required, automate the entry/feed of transactions, validate, and approve them.

 

·          Data Transparency and Distribution: Provide timely notifications and reporting with tracability, and flexible options to view summary and detailed levels of data. Ultimately consuming parties should have full visibility into the source and timing of past, present, and future events via flexible notification and data distribution methods.

 

·          Quality Control and Monitoring: Provide data quality and validation frameworks that proactively identify potential erroneous activity and ensure all data posted is accurate and reflect the true state of the market and client activity. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·          This role should be focused 50% on leadership and architectural oversight, and 50% on hands-on programming and solution design.

·          Lead the development team activities including prioritizing requests, designing solutions, and supervising the development efforts

·          Participate in architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and support

·          Work with business team, project managers, and systems analysts to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans

·          Design, prototype and code new software components and applications based on functional specifications.

·          Coordinate with analyst teams to execute test plans and provide support during user acceptance testing.

·          Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new functionality and to optimize them for performance, and implement new systems.

·          Work with other software engineers to design and implement application features, including user interfaces, and business functionality enhancements.

·          Author technical design and support documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies:

·          8+ years of proven analysis and technical design, development, and architecture experience

·          2+ years leading technical teams including managing an offshore development team

·          Expertise developing web applications and services using SPRING, JDBC, JMS, STRUTS, JSP, and JavaScript

·          Experience in relational database technologies with strong PL/SQL skills

·          Willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment and handle multiple conflicting priorities

·          Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write technical documentation

·          Experience implementing solutions in AWS a plus

·          Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
