Merchandisers will be assigned to a defined geographic area to provide services to our clients including:
- Assembling and stocking of fixtures.

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager who will plan and manage demand generation campaigns. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all outbound lead generation and field campaigns using marketing software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the planning, developing, scheduling, coordinating and measuring of demand generation and field marketing campaigns that create responses and result in more qualified leads.
Manage lead generation programs including generating-qualifying-fulfilling-reporting and analysis of lead data and programs.
Manage all creative, content, scheduling for marketing automation and nurture programs.
Develop reporting and analytics for all campaigns
Manage lead-gen databases. Maximize data integrity through continuous cleaning of data
Plan and produce effective field marketing programs on a quarterly basis including webinars, seminars, lunch-and-learn sessions with distributors, working closely with field marketing team.
Manage all aspects of the planning and implementation of cyclical, high volume, email campaigns targeting prospects.
Maintain a macro view of all campaigns touching customers to ensure that competing campaigns do not hit customers simultaneously that email frequency is appropriate.
Work with web marketing manager on marketing automation system implementation and optimization, establishing rigorous test/control protocols and metrics for each campaign.
Maintain a centralized calendar of all campaigns and customer touches.
Manage, and reconcile the budget for demand generation campaigns, content development for demand generation as well as seminars and events.

Skills:

5-8 years relevant experience in marketing automation and lead-gen management.
BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent combination of experience.
Experience developing and implementing best practice guidance for email and web marketing campaigns.
Marketing campaign management experience, with an emphasis on technical/analytical skills required to drive campaigns.
Proficient with Eloqua or similar marketing automation software as well as salesforce.com.

We are looking for a Field Marketing Events manager for a contractor role at a global enterprise solutions company. The role can be based in Sunnyvale, CA or Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities:

•Logistics planning and coordination for events, trade shows and sales meetings, including booth scheduling and shipping
•Develop invitations for events, track registration/attendees
•Work with marketing operations team to integrate leads/events into marketing automation system
•Develop lists for marketing programs/events
•Develop and maintain relationships with local sales teams
•Create and deliver reports, presentations and communications to internal and external audiences
•Coordinate website content and development with cross-functional teams
•Prepare marketing activity reports, timelines and dashboards
•Measure ROI, track pipeline and revenue of field marketing programs/events

Requirements:
•2-3 years marketing experience in an events or marketing role
•Extreme attention to detail
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; Skilled at creating presentations and graphics.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
•Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
