Job Description:

- Provide communication and project management support for business team

- Support internal communications efforts (write, edit, and produce content working with key subject matter experts)

- Support implementation of employee engagement and communication plan

- Plan and execute large events

- Design and present content using Keynote and Pages

- Research and distill information for an internal audience

SmartOrg, Inc, a small Business to Business software and consulting firm located in downtown San Jose CA, is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing specialist. Our customers are largely Fortune 1000 large companies and our current central challenge is to keep top-of-mind through our high-quality content with busy executives, so they think of us when our solution is needed. This is a hands-on role, responsible for executing and coordinating all marketing activities, which are 85% digital and 15% physical.

Essential Functions

Execute on all marketing activities, such as

• Manage website and create landing pages

• SEO, A/B testing

• Manage Social Media (primarily LinkedIn)

• Marketing campaigns

• Collateral and Sales Support materials

• Manage and expand mailing lists

• Monthly Value Point Newsletter and blogs

Keep cadence of marketing communication and follow marketing process to deliver on goals.

• Keep deadlines

• Plan and coordinate with team members and vendors, covering graphics, video, writing, events and other specialties.

• Maintain brand consistency

Analyze effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend campaigns and process improvements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field.

2-3 years relevant experience in Business to Business marketing

Knowledge of current digital marketing techniques and tools

Other things we are looking for

• Digital depth, but experience with of all types of marketing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail, well-organized and execution focus.

• Team player

• Experience with WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics and Salesforce.

• Analytical skills.

• Someone who is experienced, but also willing to learn and be coached and grow as a digital marketing professional.

We are looking for energetic and diligent Sales Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator to assist us in tackling our aggressive hiring goals. This position is within the client-management sales organization that manages the relationship with a multi-million dollar account.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for our hiring process to assist the sales director on their technical hiring goals

You will need to multi-task on multiple requirements, track and monitor them towards closure.

Partner with recruiting team members and assist to coordinate and schedule all interviews during the recruitment lifecycle. This includes phone interviews, video conferences, on-site interviews, and travel arrangements when needed, among other interviewing plans.

Recruitment process compliance and updating the current ATS.

[KITlist] Project Manager - Part time (Bay Area, CA)

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a part-time Project Manager to act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead day-to-day management of client projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in high tech marketing or a related field. ETMG is a small team, so the ability and desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities into other practice areas of the company is strongly preferred. This is a remote only position starting at approximately 10-15 hours per week and may evolve into full-time. The candidate must be set up to work from a home office environment. Hourly rate will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects

•Prepare and present project proposals or Statements of Work for client projects

•With client and project team members, determine project goals, objectives, and scope of the project(s)

•Manage the project(s) by planning, determining roles and responsibilities, assigning tasks, creating schedules, meeting deadlines, arranging meetings, tracking budget and communicating goals.

•Work with internal staff to locate appropriate resources to complete client projects

•Use project management tools (including company database) to monitor each stage of a new project to ensure project is implemented on time and within budget

•Interact with other company personnel, outside suppliers, vendors and customers, to ensure that the project specifications accurately reflect the customer(s) expectations, delivery schedule and budget

•Ensure all corrective actions are responded to and resolved within a timely fashion and escalated as appropriate

•Develop internal and external reports accurately

•Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately

•Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness

•Track client purchase orders and communicate status to the client regularly

•Attend company meetings and quarterly activities

•Establish relationships with clients to ensure the accounts are healthy and ever growing

•Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields

•5+ years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on customer service

•Home office – must have high speed internet and computer system/software less than 2 years old

•Proficiency in Office 365

•Experience with CRM tools

•Knowledge of FileMaker Pro is preferred

•Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and client accounts

•Must have experience managing projects with creative designers and writers

•Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently

•Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision

•Attention to detail; takes pride in work; and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth

•Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
