Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Cash Application Specialist who will ensure accurate and timely application of daily cash receipts and daily reconciliation to the Treasury deposits. Responsibilities also include preparing month-end reports while adhering to departmental controls (i.e. SOX), the escalation of any system or banking issues to the A/R Operations Manager in order to maintain accuracy and productivity of the team, and performing special projects related to these areas.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Review, research, analyze, and reconcile detailed billings, with credit card and bank deposits.

• Obtain and enter remit data into the PeopleSoft ERP System as needed.

• Escalate payments which cannot be applied or create On Account.

• Transfer the daily lockbox files from bank websites to the appropriate network folders for automated payment application or rejection. Escalate issues as required.

• Responsible for adhering to Robert Half policies and procedures, internal controls including Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

• Maintain effective relationships within the Cash, A/R, Billing and Credit team and with other organizational units within the Field Service Center. Escalate intercompany payments to Team Lead.

Qualifications:



• High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in cash application processes and procedures.

• 1+ years' of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in a high volume transaction processing environment preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and 10 key.

• Experience with SharePoint, ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft.

Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a part of the Customer Service Department. The department strives to provide high quality and timely support to internal and external customers. Customer Service personnel typically interact with RHI branch sales personnel, external job candidates, Clients, internal departments (e.g. Payroll, Data Entry, etc.) and outside agencies and handle a variety of service requests that relate to payroll, benefits, employment verification, etc. The Customer Service department responds to a high volume of telephone, email and written inquiries, all of which require the identification, acknowledgement and analysis of customer needs/problems.

The Customer Service Department routinely initiates corrective actions or provides recommendations on how the problem can best be resolved to meet or exceed customer expectations. The accuracy, timeliness and quality of response provided on a daily basis to each customer interaction are critical to RHI's success. Inquiries handled by the department can relate to both US and Canadian operations. In performing this function, Customer Service personnel are responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relations.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact via phone call, email or callback for candidate/Field Offices/Clients on payroll/time entry system, or access issues related to the online time reporting system, compliance requirements, benefits, 401K, sick pay, verification of employment requests, Canadian ROE���s Availability, and tax inquiries/issues. To resolve these issues a detailed understanding of the existing multiple systems and business processes used within the Customer Service and Payroll Operation departments (PeopleSoft HCM, "Online Time Reporting and Approval" system, Micro J Plus, Livelink, W-2 software, Excel, Word, CIC Client, and outlook) is necessary in order to be successful in this role.

• Customer Service Representatives resolve issues accurately and timely, by using their diverse knowledge of Field Service Center Departments and Branch functions.

• Processes and documents transaction or Initiate a form to be resolved by Payroll Operations.

• Educates branch offices about timelines, procedures and the cost/benefit of various alternatives.

• Educates candidates about the various self service options via the websites and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years��� previous customer service experience required.

• 1+ years��� Call center experience.

• Payroll experience a plus.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, with ability to learn other applications easily.

• Knowledge PeopleSoft other HR applications preferred.

Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Special Billing Processor to join the Billing Production team. The team is responsible for generating invoices for the temporary and permanent divisions of Robert Half in a timely and accurate manner. The team is ultimately responsible for ensuring proper internal compliance and adherence to revenue controls. This includes generating and distributing invoices, running queries, registers, reports, and assisting with client set-ups using automated systems. • Perform web invoicing for clients using client and third party hosted websites to upload invoice information.

• Process, maintain, and monitor credit card transactional activity for invoicing.

• Maintain effective client and staff relationships within Corporate Services departments, as well as Robert Half branch locations by meeting the agreed upon service level agreements and ensuring accurate and timely invoices.

• Responsible for adhering to Robert Half policies and procedures, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

• Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and/or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 2+ years' experience in a high volume billing and/or credit card operations required with a degree, 4+ years' relevant experience without.

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft a plus.

• Experience in dealing directly with customers and address business concerns on a timely basis.

Job Summary

We are growing and seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our energetic Benefits team in the Human Resources department to manage exciting benefit programs for our temporary candidates and employees. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with the Benefits Director to ensure the company-sponsored health and welfare plans are administered according to applicable regulations, policies and procedures. The Analyst will be responsible for all regulatory compliance standards relating to health care benefits, especially the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Analyst will also assist in managing the annual open enrollment process and assist in defining requirements, perform system testing and develop and document processes.

They will assist in managing external health and welfare vendors, including defining requirements, ensuring the transmittal of accurate and timely data to and from vendors. The Analyst must have in-depth knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, Medicare, HIPAA, and other state or local regulations affecting health care programs. The Analyst stays abreast of changes and upcoming regulations, analyzes the impact to the benefit programs, and supports communication efforts to educate and inform various business units in the organization. She/he will work cross- functionally to provide requirements in support of the implementation and establish processes and procedures for ongoing administration to ensure compliance.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Recommend new employee benefit programs by examining, evaluating, and researching new ideas taking into consideration employee acceptance and interests, costs, regulatory requirements, and competitive advantage.

• Keep up-to-date with health and welfare benefit related laws, ongoing developments or upcoming regulations.

• Conduct analysis and impact of new laws or changes in regulations such as ACA to different employee categories such as temporary employees, part-time, full time within a complex organizational and divisional structure.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure various departments and management levels are informed about the upcoming changes, proposed or final regulations. Work with the communication team, managers and business partners to create, implement, and update policies, FAQ, check lists, training presentations and other related communication materials.

• Primary subject matter expert for employee issue escalation, day to day plan administration.

• Evaluate proposed employee benefit contracts by studying provisions; estimating impact.

• Participate in the implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and advice to ensure health care benefit administration and policies are in compliance.

• Be a liaison with Legal and consultants to provide answers and address concerns or needs from various business units.

• Work closely with manager to form sound recommendations for approval from senior management and executives.

• Timely respond to escalations and inquiries from the DOL, HHS, or other governmental agencies and other complex issues.

• Responsible for health care related filings and disclosure requirements such as ACA reporting, fees, Medicare notices, SBC, etc.

• Research, analyze, evaluate and make recommendations for changes using internal data, market trends and best practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree and 5+ years��� of health benefits experience required.

• Working experience with health care carriers and TPA is a plus.

• Subject matter expert in health care policies and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, etc.).

• Project management experience is desirable.

• Strong analytical skills and proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), PeopleSoft and ADP preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication and consultative skills.

• Reliable, detail oriented and responsive to complex issues such as responding to governmental requests and notices.

Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Manager, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Administration whose primary purpose is to provide managerial and administrative direction for the various Robert Half long-term incentive programs (e.g., nonqualified deferred compensation plans) ensuring these plans are operated and administered according to plan documents and conform to recordkeeping requirements with regard to eligibility, legal direction/compliance, standard operating procedures and processes, etc.

For the Deferred plans:

• Direct the analysis of, and provided assistance in the identification of employees designated as highly compensated and employees eligible to switch to the Deferred Salary Saving Plan (DSSP) from 401k.

• Direct the administration of the Protiviti Executive Management Saving Plan (EMSP). Coordinate with Protiviti Management eligibility, grants and reporting.

• Direct/oversee the operation of the Canadian Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP).

• Develop and direct the development of plan communications and the project plan for all deferred compensation plans for enrollment, plan changes, etc. Where applicable develop and execute enrollment processes.

• Create and/or review or approve/audit interface files and payroll deduction reports for all Plans to ensure that Plan contributions are recorded accurately.

• Exercise processing - distribution of confirmations, DWAC of shares issued, verify receipt of cash.

• Process equity compensation according to new hire and termination agreements.

• May provide periodic reports to finance, payroll and tax departments for compliance of W-2, 10-Qs, 10-Ks and corporate tax deduction purposes.

• Audit and reconcile data for SOX purposes.

• Update online documentation on the Company's Stock Plan Administration intranet site.

• Maintain processes ensuring Director, Officer and other Insiders' compliance with the Company's Insider Trading Policy and Procedures.

• Record keeping (updating insider list, informing broker for blocking purposes).

• Issue and track equity grants (e.g., Restricted Stock Awards, Restricted Stock Units and/or Performance Awards).

• Reconcile share outstanding with Computershare as of record date for dividend payout.

• Approve dividend payment as restricted stock vesting occurs and transfer info to ADP.

Process restricted stock vesting.

• Reconcile outstanding shares with Computershare.

• Perform dividend payable account reconciliation.

• Produce letters to Computershare for restricted stock forfeitures and new grants.

• Produce restricted stock vesting files and provides income information to ADP.

Administration:

• Work with Fidelity and ADP to process DSSP, EMSP vesting, employee deferrals, matching fund issues, enrollment process. Send DSSP, EMSP discretionary YE grants to Fidelity.

• Coordinate with NFP and/or Balser (Canada DCP) and/or Fidelity to ensure participant data is accurate. Coordinate with these vendors to streamline manual and electronic processes.

Process Documentation and Efficiency:

• Identify processes and practices that need to be updated/streamlined; work with department heads, team members and plan providers to update, develop, drafts process and procedures.

Manage Customer Service Response:

• Direct the team on customer service and may respond via phone, email and other written correspondence to employee questions regarding deferred compensation eligibility, plan criteria, for US and Canada deferred compensation plans, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• CEP certification preferred.

• 5+ years' experience with deferred and/or equity compensation plan management and administration is preferred, or related experience.

• Intermediate Excel and Word; query skills.

• Knowledge in plan documentation.

Job Summary

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to become an integral part of the team. This role supports Robert Half's Protiviti consulting services division. Protiviti® Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half Inc., which is a leading, global provider of independent internal audit and business and technology risk consulting services.

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing compensation analysis and assistance to align to the Company's vision and mission. As part of the team, this individual will plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation programs and plans, incentive structures, and lead cyclical processes, maintaining on-line systems and tools to support administration of these programs. Applies advanced project management, financial modeling and forecasting skills to help design equitable and competitive global compensation plans.



Specific responsibilities include:

• Market analysis including job matching, benchmarking, survey submission and analysis.

• Recommend specific actions to maintain competitiveness against the market including merit salary increases, variable pay strategies and targeted pay positions for key jobs, job evaluation.

• Play an advisory role with HR Partners and management to design new or changing compensation plans, facilitate and/or provide strategic solutions to compensation-related issues, asses and advise on salary range movement.

• Lead/administer online systems and tools supporting key compensation programs such as focal salary planning, promotions and bonus/incentives. Prepare executive summaries. Lead post implementation obtaining feedback from key stakeholders and recommend process/program efficiencies and changes.

• Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Analyze compensation program payouts and work closely with Finance on accrual reporting and compensation expense estimates.

• Reconcile data from multiple sources to validate accuracy.

• Partner with HRIS team to ensure systems are updated for any plan changes necessary.

• Develop statistical analysis, data modeling reports, and data for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or other applicable field preferred.

• CCP Preferred but not required.

• 4+ years' compensation experience (base pay and bonus), leading job evaluations, cyclical processes, survey methodology and analysis, creating salary structures and ability to prepare, package and present results to internal clients (global experience highly desired).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, graphs, vlookups, if statements, etc.) Word and PowerPoint. Experience in building and maintaining Access database a plus.

• Demonstrated experience analyzing and solving complex compensation issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Experience working with relational databases and/or HRMS systems, e.g. ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc. preferred Experience with Compensation-related software applications.

• Ability to manage a variety of projects from start to finish (e.g. needs identification and assessment, modeling and analysis, solution design and implementation) and to effectively handle short notice assignments.

• Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team oriented and collaborative environment, but also able to function effectively working independently. Thoroughness and very high attention to detail is required and key to the role.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and diverse cultures, utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment across multiple time zones.

We are looking for an Executive Briefing Center Program Manager for a 3 month maternity leave backfill opportunity at a large high technology company in Sunnyvale, CA. The Manager will support the EBC program team and work with sales teams to plan and execute customer briefings.
