We are looking for Online Community Manager Assistant for a global enterprise client in the Bay Area. The Community Management Assistant will support the Community Manager in performing community management tasks such as reviewing community pages and ascertaining the validity of the content, structure, etc by working with the page owners at the client. This is a one time "clean up" of the online community.

This is a 40 hours per week role for a 3 month period. The contractor can work remotely from any location in the US. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:
• Community administration such as moving spaces, deleting spaces, creating new groups,

We are looking for a Sr. Accountant at our Santa Clara office.

This individual will need to have a well rounded background in the day to day operations of a maturing start up company. The role will require this person to be involved in all aspects of the close, from assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable to completing, reviewing and analyzing the balance sheet and income statement. This person will need to be high energy with a desire to implement new processes to improve efficiency and to collaborate with the accounting team to effectively report the company's financial position.

The specific responsibilities include the following:

-Analyze and monitor the transactions taking place in an organization and ensure that they are recorded according to the accounting standards. Knowledge of revenue recognition standards is needed.
-Prepare financial statements and management reports.
-Prepare budget vs. actual analysis.
-Preparation of revenue and deferred revenue entries. Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition a plus.
-Prepare or review monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
-Review of accounts receivable transactions and accounts receivable aging
-Review of accounts payable and accrued expense balances.
-Assist with cash management analysis
-Monitor the physical assets of the company, their depreciation value and take effective steps to manage them.
-Keep a track of the shared and the indirect costs of the organization.
-Assist external auditors during audit.
-Manage the Use and Sales Tax accounting process.
-Manage the Fixed Asset procedure, policy and process.
-Study the revenues trends and expenses of the company so that they are appropriately recorded.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor´s degree in accounting from a reputed college/university. CPA, CMA candidates are preferred.
4-5 years of experience in a similar or related field.
A sound knowledge of the accounting and auditing principles.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Intacct or NetSuite
Knowledge of Software Revenue Recognition Policies a plus

Design, develop & manage the WhiteHat Security corporate website. Bring backend code and front-end interface up to latest industry standards.
Provide guidance and expertise in making marketing programs come to life on the web. Own your role as an extremely critical part of the marketing organization.
Develop a thorough understanding of the various analytics and marketing tools that are used on our website, and maintain them meticulously. Stay current with industry trends and topics in order to keep the website as modern and effective as possible.

Ensure Web content is current and accurate by developing relationships with other departments.

Create art assets (e.g. icons, feature images, and promotional banners) for online advertising and corporate website.
Strict adherence and enforcement of corporate branding visual standards across all media.
Create library of forward-facing product videos.

Solid understanding modern Web technologies. (This is not a coding/programming position, but you need to understand the ins and outs of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript)
Expert with DreamWeaver and have the ability to hand-code CSS and HTML
Expert in creating layouts/comps with Adobe Photoshop and then executing comps into Web pages and landing pages
Experience with: Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, and JavaScript
Familiarity with SEO / SEM best practices
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, sometimes with short turnarounds
Knowledge of trends in design and new Web technologies
Good balance of creative and technical skills
Understanding of brand principles; ability to create innovative designs within brand guidelines, and to develop new guidelines when necessary
Bonus if you can update print materials using InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and/or edit/produce online videos
B.A. or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or similar
