Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to help our client manage their joint solutions with select strategic partners. This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.


Responsiblities Include:

This senior level channel marketing role has primary responsibility for driving growth and scale with SI/SO�s through innovative high touch marketing execution. This will be done with a select number of strategic partners. A key measurement for this role will center on this person�s ability to develop and execute a go-to-
market strategy and joint marketing with these SI/SO�s.

This role will also have responsibility for developing partner programs for the Americas to drive growth and scale. The measurement for this portion of the role will focus on creativity and innovation with an eye on scaling (marketing programs, partner incentives, sales rewards, demand acceleration) programs for Americas partners. This role will act as an incubation center for new marketing programs. New programs would be developed, tested as a pilot and measured for impact, effectiveness and overall results. Successful programs that make it through the pilot and have a high impact could be subsequently scaled through the Americas partner organization for implementation on a broader scale. This person must be a driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and capable for acting as the spokesperson for the client on national programs and for the SI/SO partner segment.

Skills/Experience:

� Out of the box thinker

� Program Management: Demonstrated experience and capabilities in leading and managing programs,
start-to-finish.

� Marketing Programs: Accomplished in developing and authoring copy for content, messaging and
delivery vehicles: web, print and email.

� Sales Programs: Thorough comprehension of sales process and/or previous sales experience. Must be
conversant in sales vernacular and have capabilities to develop marketing programs with salesmaker
delivery in mind. Candidate will provide examples of successful previously developed and executed
sales programs and plays. (interviewee must bring portfolio of past programs, promotions, plays and
sales tools).

� Experience creating a channel ready program from scratch

� Someone who can not only come up with ideas but develop and execute on them

� History of conceiving, planning and executing segment campaigns including launches, increasing

AR/PR profile, and GTM programs including partnering.

� Ability to develop compelling value propositions, specific positioning and messaging

� Proven ability to work cross functionally and both lead and work in virtual teams.

� Experience working with Field teams to continually renew value propositions, create programs for

delivering proposition to customers.

� Ability to develop content to support programs.

� Excellent communication skills with customers, internal team members, press, analysts and in public

forums.

� 10+ years in senior channel marketing role.

� Travel: 15-25% Nationally (US)
