Natera is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead all customer billing, medical billing reimbursement, and AR collection. This role manages a small internal team, supervises an outsourced medical plan biller and reports to the Accounting Manager.

The Accounts Receivable Manager will lead the billing and medical reimbursement team for Natera. You will be invoice our customers and develop strategies to improve the company's collections against sales. You will lead the relationship with our outsourced medical billing provider to improve reimbursement for health plan reimbursed products. You will design new operational processes to support enhanced billing results. You will seek ways to drive operational efficiency in billing including building in-house medical billing capability when required to support the company's growth. You will track and improve DSO. You will support collections of patient invoices and past-due accounts. You will seek to continuously improve the AR process and to integrate that process into the overall financial system.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
4+ years experience in accounting or finance roles primarily supporting the AR quote to cash process.
Direct experience with medical billing including reimbursement codes and health plan reimbursement procedures.
Experience with a well-known accounting firm and/or a CPA a plus.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient with Excel and QuickBooks.
Outstanding interpersonal skills including ability to manage a small team.
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and to bring projects to conclusion.
