Channel Impact is seeking an experienced, full time Executive and Channel Communications manager to assist our high tech client with developing and executing their communication strategy. In this role you will work closely with channel leadership to provide communication support. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal communications related to the channel.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
• Develop executive communication strategy and execution plan in support of channel leadership

• Prepare internal and external executive communication materials including presentations, emails, etc

• Work closely with executives to develop their messaging platform

• Manage executive´s brand

• Develop an integrated channel marketing communication strategy that addresses internal stakeholders

• Execute marketing deliverables including social media, web, print, etc.

• Measure and report results of communication efforts

Skill Sets:
- 10+ years of channel communication and/or executive communication experience

- Solid understanding of the channel

- Strong internal communications experience

- Experience working in the technology sector

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong Power Point skills

- Great interpersonal skills

- Self starter

The project manager position requires:

We are looking for a Director of Business Development and Marketing for a Full Time Employee role for global enterprise solutions (Hardware, Software, and Services) company in Sunnyvale, CA.

The Director of Business Development and Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of the partner eco-system for new Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering. The Director will be responsible for leading and managing a business development team to establish the partner eco-system consisting of cloud integrators, cloud service brokerages, ISVs and developer communities. Additionally, this role will include the creation and execution of the go to market strategy to drive awareness and demand for the PaaS solution.


Responsibilities:
• Develop a target list of cloud integrators and cloud service brokerages, who deliver
end solutions to enterprise customers. This effort will mainly focus on mid to large
size of cloud integrator and cloud service brokerages.
• Review the existing company partnerships to nominate existing partners for this new
solution.
• Drive actual recruiting process, in coordination with other organizations. This requires
creative ideas for business models, incentive plans and joint go to market strategy.
• Materialize partner programs for different type of partners to make the process
repeatable, based on those business models, commercial framework, incentive
plans and joint go to market developed through initial phase of recruitment process.
• Continue to manage the relationships and identify growth plan together with the
partners. This will be as part of the review and re-profiling process mentioned above.
• Work with cross-functional team on product launch-related activities.
• Collect and analyze market research data, translate into competitive advantage
positioning and messaging. Evaluate for new target markets and segments. Develop
pricing strategy.
• Create marketing collateral, including presentations, announcements, media and
public communications, data sheets, brochures, white papers, video clips, web site,
etc., and also plan and execute the communication plan mainly through online
vehicles, such as web site, online events and any other creative approach to the
targeted audiences.
• Drive demand generation programs. Drive analyst relations efforts. Lead analyst
inquiries, briefings and strategy sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy of
messages delivered.

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years of
management experience
• Prior experience working with cloud integrators, cloud service brokerages, ISVs and
developer communities
• Ability to work globally with other functions, such as R&D and Sales organizations
• Must be extremely process oriented and manage multi-function complex and global- based tasks, projects, teams and work environments
• Understanding of mainly US and European market trends and selling practices
• Ability to clearly articulate the PaaS vision and strategy to partners and to represent
and relay partners and market needs to the appropriate groups
• 25% travel
• Bachelors, and MBA preferred

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager consultant with expertise in Service Provider (SP) technology, as well as an understanding of the Cloud, for our client, Cisco. The consultant will be responsible for leading the strategic integration and execution of marketing communications campaigns and programs to increase customer acquisition and generate awareness, relevance and demand for Cisco's Cloud solutions. The ideal consultant is a senior marcom generalist with the ability to effectively lead programs within a highly matrixed, global team environment.


Specific responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing the Cloud integrated marketing communications strategy and plan to optimize the user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and enable a customer journey experience to drive customers from acquisition to revenue- to generate leads, new names/opt-ins and customer loyalty

* Influencing the corporate Cloud marcom program design at concept stage. Evaluating, packaging and distributing corporate data center marketing assets that are relevant and compelling to be leveraged across emerging market regions and countries

* Facilitating integrated marcom programs/deliverables including web, collateral, live and online/virtual events, online-advertising, social media, direct marketing and video

* Establishing program metrics, tracking customer behaviors/trends, market intelligence and targeted data (e.g.: customer, segment and data center industry) to select the appropriate strategies and tactics in the development of the marcom plan


Skills:


* 10+ years of global marketing communications experience within the Service Provider technology industry

* Must have prior, recent Cisco experience

* Networking and/or cloud experience is required: Cloud computing, storage networking, application networking

* Proven experience working with cross-functional, worldwide team members

* Strong program/project management capabilities to span multiple, concurrent projects. Must be able to quickly grasp the essence of programs, determine urgency and impact, build the communications plan including the vehicles and coinciding schedule

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively influence senior leaders and leadership teams

* Demonstrated ability to define and assess communication strategies and build actionable communication plans

* Ability to develop and evolve short- and long-term communication strategies while consistently driving tactical projects

* Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills

* Ability to balance quality of work with deadlines, in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

* Ability to identify risk issues affecting work progress and to recommend solutions

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar

Description:
3-5 plus years’ recent experience of Hyperion Essbase and Planning implementations, having worked as a technical lead on these projects, and have an understanding of the associated technologies such as Financial Reporting, SmartView and ETL technologies such as EPMA. Knowledge of SAP ERP system and HFM a plus as both will interface with HPM.

The position is responsible for the installation, design, build, testing and deployment of the following Hyperion Products:
• Hyperion Planning
• Reporting (Financial Reporting)
• Smart View

Design and Build Responsibilities: (primary responsibility)
• Define and document requirements
• Develop detailed Planning and Reporting application(s) design
• Develop and confirm metadata design (e.g., chart of accounts, entities, etc.)
• Finalize calculations and user input requirements
• Develop data interface design
• Define users, roles, security and approach to workflow/approvals
• Define data conversion, training, testing, and support Strategy

Build and Test
• Possible applications, subject to outcome of requirements definition and design phase are:
1. Workforce planning
2. 4 other work cubes
• Dimensions
1. Define and build dimensions
2. Define and build formula/calc scripts
3. Map dimension members to data source(s)
4. Assess the need for User Defined Variables (UD's)
• Security
1. Validate security matrix
2. Build security matrix
3. Test security matrix by job functions/roles
• Reports
• User forms – data entry/manipulation
• Data interfaces/integration. Known data sources include:
1. HFM – actuals
2. SAP – actuals
3. Commercial systems – margin forecasts
4. Real-time integration between operational cubes and the consolidated/reporting cube
5. MS Excel/CSV upload files
6. Load and validate base/initial data for all sources
7. "Define and setup data load jobs for automated interfaces (day, time, frequency, error handling)"
• Data conversion, load and validate initial/base data from data sources.
• Conduct performance/stress testing
• Conduct UAT – plan, develop test scripts, coordinate, document results

Assist with Training and Deployment of application.

Installation (Experience a plus, assist with)
Install, configure, patch, and validate Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1 in development, test, and production environments. The following are the software to be installed during this phase:
