Job Description
• An exciting opportunity for an energetic candidate who will drive key analysis.
• This position requires excellent analytical skills, managing complex financial scenarios and high data volume, drive cross functional collaboration through leadership, problem solving and strong communication skills, and the ability to see the big picture while also having an eye for details.
• The candidate must have strong analytical skills to provide a message and underlying business drivers along with the data being presented.
• The candidate must have advanced analytical skills to analyze high volume data models and produce actionable outcomes.
• The candidate should have program management background for process improvement type of activities.
• Position must closely partner with Services Teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage and develop key impact models to provide insightful analytics and predictive models for the services organization.
• Manage development and rollout of selected Metrics
• Work with a team of analysts on Quarter End Business Analysis Analytical (Quarter End and ad-hoc)
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships many business partners
• Drive change and seek to continuously improve current processes and procedures

Key skills:
Advanced Analytics and advanced Excel skills are required for this role.

Candidates should be proficient in managing projects, have strong business partnership skills, good communication skills, be articulate, and be able to leverage Collaboration tools within a virtual environment. Motivated, independent and accountable and demonstrates the ability to prioritize.

Tools Used:
1. Excel. Proficiency Required: Expert – someone who can develop, modify and use complex spreadsheets.
2. Access. Proficiency preferred – leveraging this application for building analytic models.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelors degree – business, finance or related concentration
• MBA preferred

Experience Required
• 5 years of financial/operation experience.

Job Description:
The Corporate Sales Representative (CSR) is a key member of the sales team and will have the responsibility of selling IntacctÂ's business solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Job Description:
We are looking for a senior, detail-oriented, energetic marketing professional to oversee IntacctÂ's demand generation strategies and programs. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Director, Demand Generation will lead the team running demand generation programs.

This position demands exceptional demand generation expertise and strong multi-tasking to meet our challenging demand generation and awareness goals. The director will not only be required to think on a strategic level, but also must be hands-on in driving marketing programs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive a comprehensive demand generation strategy which includes plans for vertical industry and SMB market segments.
• Manage a team of experienced demand generation professionals responsible for our portfolio of programs, including email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, events, etc.
• Analyze all stages of the demand creation process to identify areas of improvement.
• Measure and improve ROI by campaign to drive investment decisions.
• Leverage Marketo and Salesforce to measure, track and analyze marketing programs and performance.
• Work closely with marketing operations to manage the marketing calendar and ensure all lead scoring and nurture programs are constantly monitored and optimized.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage the marketing campaign budget

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis. Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities. The ideal candidates will possess the following:
• 7-10 years marketing experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation for B2B software company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results .
• Strong accountability for generating pipeline and not just leads.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Experience in running a portfolio of quality lead generation programs. Experience should include: email and database marketing, content marketing, sponsorships, events, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that in to actionable changes.
• Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
• BA/BS required. MBA preferred
• Demonstrable skills in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional writing skills for developing effective and crisp campaign messaging

The Manager of Direct Mail will develop and present creative briefs to cross-functional teams, attend regular traffic meetings to ensure smooth flow of execution, and troubleshoot issues/concerns as they arise and manage routing process across cross-functional counterparts. S/he will also be responsible for campaign strategy, development, segmentation, and execution included, but not limited to developing and managing campaign schedule and cadence, translating business objectives into list segmentation criteria, developing stratified offer strategy to optimize incremental sales and profitability, and plan and execute in-season and long term testing strategies. S/he will identify new opportunities within the customer file to influence future strategy and build out targeted customer lists using Epicor campaign management software to segment, filter and select customers to support marketing and financial goals. The Manager, Direct Mail will work in close partnership with third party direct mail Data Processing/Mail House partner to coordinate receipt and processing of files and ensure on time in-home delivery and manage file upload processes and campaign reporting and analytics. S/he will compile and present hindsight campaign reporting, including learnings and recommendations to inform future planning and ongoing customer relationship management efforts.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in customer segmentation and circulation in the postal mail environment and a proven record of success in developing and stewarding incremental direct mail programs. Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be highly detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Should also have the ability to work independently and balance a workload that consists of ongoing, detail-oriented campaign development processes as well as project management and system improvements.

Job Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess a BachelorÂ's degree with 5-7 years relevant direct mail experience, preferably in retail, including segmentation as well as project management. S/he will have experience with Epiphany or other CRM campaign management tool. They must have intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. The individual is an analytical and logical thinker. They must have strong written, verbal and presentation skills required. They must be able to work well in a multi-task environment under tight time constraints, organized and proactive and with impeccable attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        The eCommerce WebSite Manager role is to oversee daily WebSite management as key business liaison with IT and other eCommerce stakeholders.

·        This role will include service level planning and management, large scale implementation, production operations, monitoring, WebSite project management, and continuous improvement.

·        Experience working with a team of web developers and a large scale eCommerce platform (such as Hybris, Drupal, ATG etc) would be ideal.

·        Experience with large scale eCommerce storefronts and related deployments (eg. ATG, Websphere, IBM, Demandware etc.)

·        Experience with Content Management

 

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to direct WebSite strategy, design, development, and implementation based on first-rate judgment and the vision set forth by the executive management team. The right candidate will have proven strategic planning and execution skills, deep experience within eCommerce Retail, successful leadership in large web initiatives, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to improve business processes via change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·        Oversee WebSite Quality Assurance that impacts User Experience to ensure continued eCommerce growth, profitability and client satisfaction

·        Implement new technologies to improve WebSite performance and achieve business goals

·        Lead development of business requirements and the design of all WebSite enhancements and changes

·        Work with cross-departmental teams to help define feature requirements via WebSite data, usability findings, market research, and proven user-centered design principles

·        Daily management of cross-functional business updates that impacts WebSite (eg. update and removal of banners), project management goals and timelines, as well as WebSite performance tuning and metrics 

·        Prioritize web changes/upgrades requested by marketing, sales, or other teams and manage expectations as well as vendor integration and completion

·        Collaborate with IT on cross-platform, cross-browser quality assurance on WebSite development releases, acting as the liaison between eCommerce, the client, and IT to ensure smooth project planning and delivery

·        Work cross-departmentally and with client contacts to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

·        Manage third party software integration (e,g, WebSite analytics, personalization, ratings & reviews etc) and develop and maintain effective working relationships with strategic vendors

·        Oversee and evangelize web process improvement, testing strategies and release automation

·        Assess WebSite performance through Omniture WebSiteCatalyst data and user feedback, and make recommendations to others WebSite participants based on analysis

·        Provide thought leadership for eCommerce in the support of the eCommerce storefront and CMS through best practices for WebSite management, information architecture, and interaction design

EXPERIENCE:

·        Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field (Masters is a plus)

·        A minimum of ten years of professional work experience with at least 3 to 5 years of eCommerce Retail experience with extensive knowledge of B2C internet retailer best practices and strategies

·        3 to 5 years of experience in release management and change management for a production environment

·        Expertise with relevant production/QA/Dev operating systems and virtualization 

·        Experience managing end-to-end testing of production web systems for both performance and capacity planning 

·        Experience with E-Commerce monitoring applications & systems capacity management
