Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Content Project Manager for our technology client based in San Francisco, CA. The Content Project Manager will partner with the Sr. Content Marketing Strategist who leads strategy and planning and work closely with multiple content producers from a variety of cross-functional teams and external vendors.


This is not a content writing role; you will be responsible for managing a content marketing calendar, tracking projects, driving content production schedules and the content review/approval process. 


The ideal candidate is passionate about/has eye for/appreciation of design aesthetics or insight into content that will resonate with creatives/the design community. Must have a strong process orientation,exceptional project management skills, be adaptive to changing workload/priorities and have the ability to work across many different teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. 



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the content production process and maintain editorial calendar and production schedules to meet content marketing deadlines


Manage content review and approval processes


Manage deliverables: Production tracking and schedules, content playbook (tone, voice, guidelines, workflow and governance), content briefs and sharing content insights


Collaborate with the Sr. Content Strategist on content topics and planning content projects


Collaborate with cross-functional teams and geos to implement content recommendations and production


Manage writers and agencies and work closely with Social, Product and other teams who generate content


Review content to ensure content delivers on strategy, maintain quality of content, implement editorial and SEO best practices


Leverage libraries of content created by other teams


Decipher analytics into actionable content insights and socialize findings




SKILLS:


Ideally up to 7 years combined content/ project management/traffic management experience


Experience in a corporate environment a plus


Exceptional project management skills:Evidence of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work, maintaining flexibility with changing projects and fluctuating deadlines


Must be highly organized, a great communicator and deliver on deadlines


Must work effectively across functional teams, be a good problem solver, be flexible, have the ability to build relationships and be a team player


writing and research skills (you may be occasionally asked to write a blog post)


Experience managing third party vendors


Established relationships with writers and content creators a plus


Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, self-direction/initiative and drive


Passionate about creativity, design, problem solving and enabling designers to make an impact


Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud a plus


Tools savvy, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint for collaboration


Knowledge of AP style guide


Art direction a plus


Bachelors' degree or related area of study


Rate: D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)


Location: Four days per week onsite at clients' office in San Francisco, remainder offsite/virtual/WFH/telecommute. No phone calls, please.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus

• Direct Sales experience or experience in a sales-force driven environment preferred

• Excellent leadership skills and a minimum of ten years' experience leading a team

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to analyze and identify business opportunities with our Amazon and other E Commerce stores. The analyst will use their knowledge and experience to sift through data, searching for keywords that could aide in the development of new products, change advertising direction, and help the company gain an advantage in a competitive landscape. He / She will crunch Amazon data in order to increase the Buy Box rankings, obtain listing optimization, as well as the develop a pricing strategy. A strong understanding of current market place tools and strategies is essential,. This role will be responsible for advertising, A/B testing, promotions, tracking, and ultimately optimizing our sales on Amazon.com.

Job requirements include:

• Analyze and optimize Amazon and E Commerce store performance.

• Help drive sales on Amazon.com using paid advertising (sponsored ads and banner ads), coupons, promotions, price changes, A/B tests, and other creative methods

• Evaluate emerging technologies by identifying, implementing, and managing any type of tracking software for keyword ranking, sales, and other relevant metrics

• Monitor competitor pricing, ranking, reviews, and potential violations

• Work with the Vice President and Marketing Team on review strategies and product launches

• Work with our Amazon Account Manager and other Amazon contacts to test new initiatives, learn new systems, and move more product

• Grow other E Commerce platforms such as Walmart / Jet, Target, and others

• Measure and report the performance of all listing, products, digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Skills Required/Recommended:

• In depth knowledge of e-commerce sales and marketing with an emphasis on Amazon

• Experience with creating, tracking, and optimizing online ads

• Ability to manage a team, software, and execute multiple marketing strategies at once

• 2-3 years in data analytics, e-commerce marketing, and/or similar position preferred

• A bachelor's degree or higher

• Excellent organization skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at one time

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Highly creative and energetic with experience in identifying target customers and devising digital campaigns.

Involves managing cross-departmental activities and inputs to produce a calendar of business-driving, strategically-focused, and business-level appropriate communications aligned with the Commercial Calendar.


• Oversee the strategy for various Field Communications, including Field Event Content (for example, Convention), promotion e-mails, blog posts, newsletter articles, Power Point presentations, Programs support, Recognition support, etc., as needed.


• Support internal Communications by ensuring the Field and cross-functional teams are in-the-know on all field-facing announcements.


• Guide the development of the Field Marketing Strategy through the Field Marketing team to drive effective marketing initiatives supporting global revenue goals.


• Develop and represent the company's field facing "tone of voice" and apply it through all field facing communications (from social media, consumer support, blog articles)


• Develop and maintain the company news blog and e-newsletters (Insider Scoop).


• Conduct appropriate research in the Field including surveys, one-on-one interviews, event attendance and competitor analysis in order to strategically provide continuous improvement to Field Communications Marketing initiatives.


• Build Rodan + Field's global communication strategy and differentiate communications needed for new versus established markets.


• Drive the Field Communications Marketing planning and inputs for the annual planning process.


• Partner with Product, Brand, Social, and Learning and Development teams to launch product promotions


• Implement quarterly surveys to track trends in field sentiment quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year


• Build trusted relationships with our independent consultants and help troubleshoot their issues


• Handle day to day requests and customer issues thoughtfully and quickly, soliciting feedback while maintaining a strong sense of program and product direction


• This requires full time in SF office. No remote work.


Qualifications:


• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus


• Minimum of ten years required, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic and high performance Marketing or Communications environment


• Direct Sales experience or experience in a sales-force driven environment preferred


• Excellent leadership skills and a minimum of ten years' experience leading a team


• Experience in strategic communications planning


• Ability to establish and build relationships with all levels of management and cross-functional business partners


• Excellent Project Management skills, and ability to successfully manage cross-functional teams


• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal


• Excellent strategic plan development skills


• Strong problem solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative


• Supremely excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation


• Advanced proficiency in using the latest versions of all Microsoft Office applications

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time/salaried Account Executive (AE), Consulting Services/Staffing. This sales "hunter" will be responsible for identifying, creating and closing new account business for Crawford Group. The AE will be focused on bringing new clients into our portfolio to support our corporate strategy of customer diversification. 


You will be responsible for developing/implementing annual account plan(s), and strategically positioning and selling Crawford Group services to meet individual account needs. As the Account Executive, Consulting Services/Staffing you will develop new account relationships, identify business opportunities and close revenue. 


This is a quota-bearing sales role and will be based in San Jose, CA. 



Responsibilities: 


•  Developing sales in designated target market(s)-by identifying new sales opportunities with potential accounts in the Fortune 500-10,000 market segment, using methodologies such as: new lead generation, active prospecting, networking, and face-to-face or virtual appointments 


•  Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics and time frames to maximize revenue 


•  Partner with clients through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business priorities, needs and strategies to deliver a value-add business solution 


•  Develop solution to address client need and build pricing structure/estimates


• Utilize customer relationship management tools to provide detailed a weekly forecast of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements 


• Continually learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling points including enhancing expertise in the company's services offerings 



 Skills: 


• 8+ years of strong experience and history of success selling into the high tech sector. Solid track-record of developing new client business with a contingent workforce and/or marketing and communication services "product". 


• Demonstrated major account success in a direct, quota-bearing sales role, with examples of the sales approach you employ and proof sources of client growth, client satisfaction and long term consultative client relationships 


• Proven ability to develop and sell into major accounts. Client references and documented major account results will be an important element in the selection process.


• Deep expertise in selling services or staffing ideally into marketing organizations, bringing experience and credibility to Crawford Group's presence and subject matter expertise to create peer-to-peer client meetings 


• Have knowledge of the functions within a marketing organization and/or experience selling new business for consulting/services agencies.


• Ability to create, manage, and deepen customer t relationships through consistent connection and problem solving. Must have good relational soft skills and diplomacy for mentoring clients as needed.


• Results-orientated with an entrepreneurial approach, tenacity and a persuasive communication style. A track record of progressive achievement and confidence gained from prior success in a new business and commission based sales role is a prerequisite to success in this new client development assignment.


• Business savvy with broad business and management knowledge and experience. Management experience would be a plus as you will be working on a peer-to-peer level with senior executives. We are looking for a problem solver who responds creatively and resiliently to challenges.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills. A solid familiarity with online business applications, CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite are minimum requirements.
