Senior Program Manager (Customer Experience) needed for a long-term client company project. Client company is stable, public and growing.
*Must be local candidate with local experience due to onsite interviewing.
Summary: The Customer Experience Program Manager will join an existing team in an on-going project focusing on the customer experience. As the Customer Experience Program Manager, you will evangelize, lead, strategically design the customer experience program. PM responsibilities also include incorporating user stories, gathering requirements, presenting integrate data to high level management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience with the Customer Experience. Must be Net Promoter System (NPS) Certified.
Experienced in Program Management including customers, sales, and high level management.
Experience across integrated sales communications and channels.
Sales, channel, program management experience a plus.
Mastery knowledge of marketing fundamental, products/services/solution lifecycle and knowledge management.
In-depth knowledge of customer segments and demand generation programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence direct reports and virtual teams.
Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
Excellent influencing, consensus-building.
