Tillster, Inc., the leading provider of digital engagement platforms for the multi-unit restaurant industry, is seeking a marketing all-star to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our domestic and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leading restaurant brands to develop impactful email and promotional strategies
- Manage and execute email, text message and push notification programs; including one-off, triggered, transactional, and lifecycle messages via proprietary and third party platforms
- Set up and manage digital coupons and promotions for key clients
- Analyze campaign performance, propose opportunities to optimize
- Track and report on program performance
- Work closely with Sr. Director, Marketing
- Other duties as required or directed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience; text message and push notification marketing experience a plus
- Must be passionate about data and analytics – experience conducting deep data dives, analysis and reporting is required
- Must be an exceptional digital copywriter – creative, concise and persuasive
- Must have a proven track record in digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operate collaboratively within a cross functional team
- Ability to function autonomously, be a self-directed and self-motivated, dynamic, and decisive
- Demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management
- Expert MS Excel skills – logical functions, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- MS Power Point expertise – design, formatting, layout and presentation strategy
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a basic understanding of HTML and be able to make edits
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics is required
- Experience executing marketing programs for the restaurant industry a plus
- Agency / client-facing experience a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish or French a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
