- Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Web Project Manager for a client in Sunnyvale, CA. This person will be responsible for managing the production process for the client web site. This includes the development process, prioritization, build release schedules and QA process of all Web activities. He or she will need to evaluate, author and execute business requirements from various stakeholders and manage production requests across internal and external 3rd party development/agency teams while keeping multiple release schedules moving forward. In addition, this role requires training and/or communication to the client's global teams post release.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing business needs/timelines, and maintain relentless attention to detail to manage and drive production releases on time.

Responsibilities:

•Manage our 150+ JIRA intake queue of all web activities

•Partner with creative and/or developer team to convert stakeholder requests into actionable enhancements

•Drive the QA process across all development cycles, pre and post build, to ensure quality and consistency across the site

•Coordinate priorities with global 24/7 publishing teams

•Assist with tracking and publishing management of ongoing localization activities

•Manage documentation of processes, style guides, workflows, SLAs and QA

•Build agendas to drive and track activities across various weekly interlock meetings

•Develop full project plans including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, roles and responsibilities and must have the tenacity to drive projects to completion

•Must be able to translate business and technical concepts into functional specifications

•Own and prioritize development needs for web marketing team which includes creating/managing stories, backlog, and facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning and kick-offs

•Conduct user acceptance testing, maintain release notes and training documentation

•Manage offshore content authoring team and facilitate stand-ups

•Drive and PM occasional non-dev team projects in support of larger organizational goals

Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years of work experience in web experience and/or digital marketing

•Working knowledge of web CMS (AEM), JIRA, and SCRUM methods to manage projects

•Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects

•Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently

•Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities, consistently meets deadlines, and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision

•Attention to detail; takes pride in work; and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth

•Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills

This is a long term, hourly project, renewed quarterly. This is a virtual position.

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our winning channel team. In this role, you will be working side-by-side our high tech client to provide data driven insight to their 2-tier partner business.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact, that includes benefits. This is a remote worker role for candidates currently located in the United States.

What You Will be Doing:

Proactively provide reports to the client's stakeholders in the US, to provide insights in to their distribution partner marketing business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand what reports they need and establish a regular cadence to prepare reports to proactively meet their needs.

Data analysis to help the Distribution Partner Marketing Managers understand what the data is telling them about their business.

Work to help solve challenging issues. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and level up information for general overviews. The client will expect you to provide insight in to what the numbers are telling you.

In this position you will have the opportunity to provide objective alternatives to improve overall business performance. This position involves an emphasis on finance and business analysis in a fast-paced environment of continuous change.

The ideal candidate:

Has the ability to present, organize, and convey problems and solutions taking into account the client's business needs.

Is highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed while working with the client.

Is able to accurately conduct specific components of business analysis and prepare and analyze reports.

Skill Set and Experience:

5+ years of analyst experience.

BS in finance, accounting or economics.

Advanced to expert level Excel user (marcos, pivot tables).

Experienced using Tableau.

Experienced working in the channel or sales is a strong plus.

Family Services Associate – Ecumenical Hunger Program

Compensation: $16.50 to $17.00 / hourly

Employment type: full-time

1. Responsible for assessing clients' needs and making referrals as needed. Also responsible for client follow up, data entry and filing

2. Conduct interviews (by phone and in person) with families/individuals requesting food and other direct help (e.g. financial, information, other resources)

3. Keep EHP up-to-date on new resources for families

4. Attend community resource fairs/events

5. Provide follow up guided by case plan; meet regularly with supervisor to report progress

6. Help maintain and keep client database current, and files up to date

7. Assist in data entry for clients receiving services

8. Assist with front office duties such as telephone coverage

9. Assist with special events, holiday program and other programs as needed

10. Assist with special monthly distribution (Produce Distribution, Wednesday night meals, and similar events)

11. Check in and greet all clients receiving food services and other special programs

12. Other assigned tasks as directed

Channel Impact is seeking a Marketing Content Operations Manager to develop and manage content marketing projects for our client. In this role, you will be project managing the library of marketing assets (content: EBooks, Whitepapers, Flyers, Banners, etc.) that are used across various digital marketing vehicles. The ideal candidate is excellent at project management, has a strong working knowledge of Smartsheets and/or Excel, and is extremely organized and detail-oriented. This is a full-time W2 opportunity at Channel Impact. What you will be doing: Agency Management: -Gather Agency estimates for copywriting and design work, quarterly -Manage Agency production timelines and resources Budget Management: -Allocate budget, process third party funding through agencies and/or vendors, and generate POs -Track and report quarterly accruals in Smartsheet/Excel Content Production: -Initiate and track content projects -Project manage content review process with stakeholders including marketing leads, Corporate Editing, -----Agencies Brand ; staying on schedule and within budget -Develop content format requirements by channel and incorporate into SOW (Ex: PDF = Partner, HTML, etc.) -Once content is created, assign a tag and Maintain ID master tracker. -Create and complete Eloqua Templates (coordination with Global Marketing, copywriter, Content Manager). -Post final content: on client��s shared site, their internal Marketing Library, internal sales portal, Social media tracking tools, etc. Digital Activation: -Coordinate quarterly Paid Media asset trackers to ensure all final creative and assets are correct, complete and hit deadline -Upload content and images Qualifications: -3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally managing digital content -Excellent Project Management skills -Experience in the high-tech industry is a must -Strong knowledge Smartsheet and/or Excel -Background in managing Agency relationships -Works in an organized and disciplined manner; detail-oriented; proactive by nature -A positive, "can-do" attitude -Collaborative style who enjoys teamwork -Knowledge of Elequoa a plus -AA or equivalent No phone calls, please.

Description

The Analyst Relations Manager will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Analyst Relations (AR) program for our client's Cloud strategy, solutions and partnerships.

You will be responsible for engaging with our client's business leaders and ensuring that we communicate a cohesive strategy and story to analysts who cover these areas of business. You will lead high return on investment outreach programs focused on strategic engagement and developing long term relationships with the industry analyst community across the globe. You are expected to act as a key strategic advisor to our client's business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions. You will handle the accuracy of our client's Cloud business in key analyst research reports.

Influencer Relations Team

You will be a key member of the Influencer Relations Team. You will collaborate with senior executives in the Cloud business unit and marketing as well as their teams. You will work closely with key internal and external partners to develop and deliver programs that improve influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of our client's Cloud strategy globally across their portfolio.

Requirements

You are someone who brings people together to leverage the expertise of each to get results. You are comfortable at the executive level, working closely with communications and business peers to drive strategy and messaging. You have a deep understanding of business fundamentals and technology. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills. You have a strong industry analyst relations background as well as experience that demonstrates sound judgment and good instincts. You see opportunities and are a "glass-half full" type of person who is keenly focused on achieving results.

Minimum Qualifications

• You have 7+ years in Analyst Relations (preferred) with a technology focus

• You are comfortable developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations

• You have experience pulling together integrated communications plans

• You have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle change in real time

• You have the ability to move quickly - assess the situation, aggregate data, make a decision and move.

• You are comfortable working with senior level executives

• Digital/social media presence a plus
