Channel Impact is seeking a Marketing Content Operations Manager to develop and manage content marketing projects for our client. In this role, you will be project managing the library of marketing assets (content: EBooks, Whitepapers, Flyers, Banners, etc.) that are used across various digital marketing vehicles.<br /> The ideal candidate is excellent at project management, has a strong working knowledge of Smartsheets and/or Excel, and is extremely organized and detail-oriented.<br /> This is a full-time W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.<br /> What you will be doing:<br /> Agency Management:<br /> -Gather Agency estimates for copywriting and design work, quarterly<br /> -Manage Agency production timelines and resources<br /> Budget Management:<br /> -Allocate budget, process third party funding through agencies and/or vendors, and generate POs<br /> -Track and report quarterly accruals in Smartsheet/Excel<br /> Content Production:<br /> -Initiate and track content projects<br /> -Project manage content review process with stakeholders including marketing leads, Corporate Editing, -----Agencies Brand ; staying on schedule and within budget <br /> -Develop content format requirements by channel and incorporate into SOW (Ex: PDF = Partner, HTML, etc.)<br /> -Once content is created, assign a tag and Maintain ID master tracker.<br /> -Create and complete Eloqua Templates (coordination with Global Marketing, copywriter, Content Manager).<br /> -Post final content: on client���s shared site, their internal Marketing Library, internal sales portal, Social media tracking tools, etc.<br /> Digital Activation:<br /> -Coordinate quarterly Paid Media asset trackers to ensure all final creative and assets are correct, complete and hit deadline<br /> -Upload content and images<br /> Qualifications:<br /> -3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally managing digital content<br /> -Excellent Project Management skills<br /> -Experience in the high-tech industry is a must<br /> -Strong knowledge Smartsheet and/or Excel<br /> -Background in managing Agency relationships<br /> -Works in an organized and disciplined manner; detail-oriented; proactive by nature<br /> -A positive, "can-do" attitude<br /> -Collaborative style who enjoys teamwork<br /> -Knowledge of Elequoa a plus<br /> -AA or equivalent<br /> No phone calls, please.
