Encore Fellowships provide paid, high impact assignments to mid to late career professionals wishing to transition to the social impact sector. Fellows work 1000 hours while learning about the sector, earning a stipend, receiving education, gaining experience in the non-profit sector and building a network of their peers. The SF Bay Area program is seeking a senior-level finance professional to work with the CEO of a large, youth oriented organization on how to present financial data to stakeholders, a finance/data person to work on data analysis, a senior IT executive with experience in implementing new IT systems that are mission critical to a complex transaction processing environment. a marketing fellowship for an educational organization, a Director level accounting professional to analyze the profitability of products and services at a community foundation, and an operations/business management fellowship.
