We are looking for a full-time on-site contractor who can support executive and business communications for a six month engagement (at least). Communication, project management and website experience a must.
Job Description:
- Provide communication and project management support for business team
- Support internal communications efforts (write, edit, and produce content working with key subject matter experts)
- Support implementation of employee engagement and communication plan
- Plan and execute large events
- Design and present content using Keynote and Pages
- Research and distill information for an internal audience
Key Qualifications
- Superb verbal and written communication
- Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Innovative with a critical/creative thinker mindset
- Great at storytelling
- Effective event management and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Demonstrated success in managing international collaborations
- Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of Management
- Great ability to work independently
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong Keynote, Pages and, ideally, Photoshop skills
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
- Website management experience
