We are looking for energetic and diligent Sales Coordinator / Recruiting Coordinator to assist us in tackling our aggressive hiring goals. This position is within the client-management sales organization that manages the relationship with a multi-million dollar account.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for our hiring process to assist the sales director on their technical hiring goals
You will need to multi-task on multiple requirements, track and monitor them towards closure.
Partner with recruiting team members and assist to coordinate and schedule all interviews during the recruitment lifecycle. This includes phone interviews, video conferences, on-site interviews, and travel arrangements when needed, among other interviewing plans.
Recruitment process compliance and updating the current ATS.
Ability to manage and analyze data and prepare reports in spreadsheets (excel).
Assist minor sales activities on making calls based on guidelines provided.
Minimum requirements:
2+ years of massive interviewing coordination and scheduling experience.
