Finocchio Consulting is seeking to hire a full time senior Channel Partner Communications Manager with strong Program Management to join our Marketing and Channel team providing top notch services to our clients.
This Channel Partner Communications Program Manager will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Business Units, Corporate Marketing, Channel Strategy; Programs, Channel Marketing, Channel Sales, and geo stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program and project manage channel communication vehicles and initiatives
- Develop and clearly articulate the partner value proposition in all content and communications
- Provide launch management support from a channel partner marketing perspective
- Develop and drive a channel communication plan to support the overall client Partner Program
- Provide channel communications support for specific product and solutions
- Support Alliance marketing programs and communications
- Ensure the Partner community is plugged into all key announcements
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the programs, projects, and solution objectives being supported
- Build rapport with stakeholders and geos, understand each person's role and their specific deliverables
- Help to define logical workstreams and organize accountability accordingly
- Track deliverables, due dates, and dependencies
- Coordinate, manage, and lead program meetings
- Publish reports, dashboards, and executive summaries as needed
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience working in a Channel organization or working for a Partner or Channel Reseller
- Organized and detail oriented with demonstrated project management experience and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoys writing, editing, and developing content and communications
- Skills with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word as well as collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, and Box
- Comfortable and confident proactively driving open items to closure
