Inside Sales Operations Manager

Filamento (www.Filamento.com) is an award-winning LED Lighting startup based in Silicon Valley California. We are seeking Inside Sales Managers to support our external sales representatives and external sales people. Candidate must be highly motivated, meticulous follow through, superior sales ability, as well as superior interpersonal and management skills. Please answer questions at the end.

ROLE REVIEW

- Create / setup / automate and manage internal sales process and operations.

- Maintain an immaculate CRM database

- Create links between CRM / Quickbooks, website, hubspot etc. Must be highly comfortable with all these software and how to link them.

- Create weekly metrics on sales funnel, sales, contact report, etc.

- Establish and execute on strategies for taking new contacts/leads through the lead qualification process in order to meet and exceed revenue goals

- Work closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Field Applications Support teams to find, nurture, and qualify potential new customers

- Manage the CRM lead pipeline, from first contact through qualification, and successfully transition qualified leads to regional sales teams

- Manage 3rd party consultants who assist in lead qualification process, such as inside sales contractors hired for large campaigns, which may include sales script generation, metrics reporting, performance evaluations, and CRM updates

- Explain Filamento technology and products to potential customers, articulate key applications and the benefits over other sequencing technologies

- Present unique solutions during customer conversations that are beneficial to all parties

- Monitor and report on pipeline metrics and suggest improvements in sales strategies, tactics, and/or sales process for achieving revenue goals

- Responsible for new revenue targets and developing new relationships and educating our partners.

- Leverage existing and develop new relationships into secured new business.

- Ongoing training on products and understanding the marketplace.

- Input prospect information and sales data to salesforce to be reviewed weekly.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5-6+ years of direct B2B inside sales operations experience.

- Existing relationships with utilities and customers in the designated territory is a significant plus.

- Highly effective and successful sales lead generation, negotiation and closing techniques.

- Excellent verbal, written, computer, interpersonal and technical communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and business relationships.

The Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager, plays a key role in driving marketing campaign strategy and integrated plans to support business objectives. This role, reports to the Director, Integrated Campaigns and will lead cross-functional teams to design, plan, execute and package impactful integrated campaigns. * Partner with Marketing Operations to execute, track results and share progress with key stakeholders

* Generate demand and build pipeline through effective planning and execution of 3rd party marketing activities, content syndication, paid search and paid social programs including the relevant use of account-based marketing tactics

Experience

* A seasoned B2B marketer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing integrated campaigns

* Strong project manager that excels at leading and collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams has exceptional time management, organizational and communication skills

* Creative and experienced at developing comprehensive, integrated, innovative, campaigns that successfully drive lead growth and revenue results

Skills

Channel Impact has an immediate opening for an experienced and ideally Certified Project Manager to work side-by-side with our client to develop and lead complex global transformational projects (policies, processes, systems).. What you'll be doing:

-Project manage the client's work streams with cross-functional teams

-Work with the client's theater leaders to document, track and update their local launch plans

-Conduct 1:1 interviews with key stakeholders from the client to develop the initial project plan, to track each of the functional work streams in SmartSheets

-Continually track the project status including: ownership, delivery dates, budget, milestones, scope-creep, and risk

-Use tools effectively to drive efficiency in operations

-Identify and implement process improvements

-Provide client with a weekly Executive Summary Report detailing the status of each work stream

Your Qualifications:

-8+ years of Project Management experience (PMP Certification + Agile experience) leading global complex transformational projects (policies, processes, systems)

-BA or BS (required)

-Microsoft Project knowledge desired

-Practical work experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies

-Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability

-Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive

-Proven track record uniting and driving teams forward

-Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels

-Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
