The Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager, plays a key role in driving marketing campaign strategy and integrated plans to support business objectives. This role, reports to the Director, Integrated Campaigns and will lead cross-functional teams to design, plan, execute and package impactful integrated campaigns. This will include working with internal teams to develop strategy, messaging, audience segmentation, campaign assets and tactical components. This role will collaborate with various teams throughout the process including product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing and marketing operations to drive campaign development and global execution across all mediums (email, digital, web, events, and sales outreach).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage the process to build integrated global demand generation campaigns that cover all lead funnel stages from lead acquisition to late stage lead nurture to drive leads to opportunity.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing, social, digital, and client marketing) to ensure effectiveness and applicability of campaign components
* Serve as a lead campaign advisor for global integrated framework and manage the process to incorporate regional requirements and ensure timely execution of plans
* Create project plans, bill of materials, and launch documents to ensure cross functional teams are aligned to campaign milestones and produce their components on time, and share regular status reports, and review performance reports with broader teams
* Create, maintain and present on campaign briefs and decks that outline the strategy, objective, messaging, campaign offers, themes, assets, timing and execution plans
* Ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness across all platforms and channels
* Partner with Marketing Operations to execute, track results and share progress with key stakeholders
* Analyze the results of campaigns in real time, apply findings to increase results, and drive improvements to optimize resources at all times
* Generate demand and build pipeline through effective planning and execution of 3rd party marketing activities, content syndication, paid search and paid social programs including the relevant use of account-based marketing tactics
Experience
* A seasoned B2B marketer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing integrated campaigns
* Strong project manager that excels at leading and collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams has exceptional time management, organizational and communication skills
* Creative and experienced at developing comprehensive, integrated, innovative, campaigns that successfully drive lead growth and revenue results
* A strong marketing generalist with strong experience in the areas of inbound marketing, email, content marketing, social strategy (organic & paid), lead nurturing, marketing automation, audience segmentation, advertising, content syndication, and PPC
Skills
* Obsessive about your campaign planning, execution, optimization and results reporting, working closely with a matrix of internal stakeholders, outside agencies, and peers
* Comfortable writing/editing content, creating decks, ad copy – whatever is going to help improve the performance of any aspect of your campaigns
* Deep experience with MarTech – including Marketing Automation, CRM, Work Management Software, BI/Analytics
