UpMetrics is looking for an experienced Product Designer who wants to make an impact for youth and community organizations.


 Job description:


 Come lead product design efforts at an exciting early stage, ed tech startup. You'll have a huge hand in building and shaping our design and product culture. You'll be instrumental in delivering best of class experiences and designs across consumer and enterprise applications being used across mobile and desktop environments, and you'll work closely with key stakeholders across Product and Engineering to create delightful experiences for the different types of users on our platform.


 These are some of the challenges you'll be involved in:


 Rich analytic dashboards: We need to tell the right stories with data for our enterprise clients to effectively manage and grow their programs. You'll ensure that each chart, graph, and table communicates clearly and is easily digestible to the end user.


 Simple and intuitive workflows: You'll help to identify existing usability issues and offer solutions that remove friction in common interactions.


 Clean interfaces: Declutter where necessary and ensure the user has exactly what they need to get their job done.


 Customer Research: You'll work closely with Product to know and understand our customer while prototyping and testing innovative design solutions


 Branding and style: You'll maintain and evolve our style guide while ensuring our brand is identifiable across our entire suite of products


 Skills requirements:


 4–6+ years of professional experience, ideally:


 2+ years of visual design experience


 2+ years of interaction design experience


 2+ years of information architecture experience


 -A portfolio of work that demonstrates user-centered design thinking, including example web and mobile applications


 -Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for web and mobile applications


 -Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering to build and test solutions through the development process


 -Experience mocking, prototyping, and shipping your designs in an iterative development process


 -Solid communication. Be willing to give and take constructive feedback.

Channel Impact is seeking a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator to support our high-tech client's worldwide Channel Partners and Internal Sales teams through data integrity, identifying data issues, and reporting on general business performance. This position is essential to the Partner Programs team as it provides SFDC support by taking on WW responsibility for various activities in the Partner Programs, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Web Sustaining, IT, and other client teams.


 This is a full-time, W2 position with Channel Impact as a remote worker.


 What you'll be doing:


 -Accountable for executing and processing partner data change requests in SFDC


 -Assist with maintenance, administration and support of partner data elements


 -Identify end to end partner data flows


 -Ensure partner data mapping and merges are accurate and identify any partner data disparities and issues downstream due to data creation and merges


 -Support with partner data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to partner data elements; de-duplication and cleaning


 -Assist with partner data analysis in Salesforce and Excel as needed


 -Provide admin support with partner anomalies and issues


 -Identify gaps and provide suggestions/observations to help streamline partner data and processes


 UAT support


 -Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools to analyze data and identify gaps


 -Help with projects dealing with data in SFDC, Drupal, and client-specific applications


 Perform special projects as needed


 You're a great fit if you have these skills:


 -3 to 5 years hands-on proficiency with SalesForce.com (SFDC) is required


 -Ability to apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, follow through, and critical thinking skills


 -Experience using Excel, Outlook, web search engines, web analytics, data manipulation, and business research tools


 -Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized, demonstrating personal accountability and ability to multi-task in a high pace, rapidly changing environment


 -Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level - must be comfortable asking qualifying questions and challenging the status quo

 DESCRIPTION:


 The Senior Tax Accountant will perform the tasks necessary to ensure the integrity of asset lease information. The Senior Tax Accountant will utilize accounting skills and tax knowledge review and gain corporate tax approvals for business processes, transactional issues, and system configurations in compliance with US GAAP, and local statutory regulations.


 Responsibilities


 • Assist in the implementation of new lease administration software and the development of new lease accounting policies and procedures in line with the FASB's new lease accounting standard ASU 2016-02, Leases (Topic 842)


 • Prepare all load file templates for new lease administration software including equipment and vehicle leases to be tracked in lease administration software


 • Responsible for review of lease administration software configuration and tax software Vertex.


 • Liaison between captive global operations and corporate tax department to ensure alignment and adherence to statutory requirements.


 • Ensure system is correctly calculating tax for each tax jurisdiction (Up-Front tax, Property Tax, Use Tax, VAT, Etc.)


 • Participate in monthly closing process by reviewing various tax processes, and tax issues for sales/use tax, property tax, tax exemption certificates, etc.


 • Complete various projects as assigned by senior management, including providing subject matter expertise on new business model processes.


 • Perform other duties as necessary


 • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time. 


 Qualifications


 • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance


 • CPA strongly preferred


 • 4 to 8 years of tax experience (Sales Tax, Use Tax, Property Tax, VAT)


 • Lease accounting experience


 • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position


 • Strong GAAP knowledge


 • Experience in the captive technology financing industry a plus


 • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills


 • Vertex experience a plus


 • Strong organization skills and attention to detail


 • Ability to work independently


 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
