Channel Impact is seeking a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrator to support our high-tech client's worldwide Channel Partners and Internal Sales teams through data integrity, identifying data issues, and reporting on general business performance. This position is essential to the Partner Programs team as it provides SFDC support by taking on WW responsibility for various activities in the Partner Programs, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Web Sustaining, IT, and other client teams.
This is a full-time, W2 position with Channel Impact as a remote worker.
What you'll be doing:
-Accountable for executing and processing partner data change requests in SFDC
-Assist with maintenance, administration and support of partner data elements
-Identify end to end partner data flows
-Ensure partner data mapping and merges are accurate and identify any partner data disparities and issues downstream due to data creation and merges
-Support with partner data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to partner data elements; de-duplication and cleaning
-Assist with partner data analysis in Salesforce and Excel as needed
-Provide admin support with partner anomalies and issues
-Identify gaps and provide suggestions/observations to help streamline partner data and processes
UAT support
-Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools to analyze data and identify gaps
-Help with projects dealing with data in SFDC, Drupal, and client-specific applications
Perform special projects as needed
You're a great fit if you have these skills:
-3 to 5 years hands-on proficiency with SalesForce.com (SFDC) is required
-Ability to apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, follow through, and critical thinking skills
-Experience using Excel, Outlook, web search engines, web analytics, data manipulation, and business research tools
-Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized, demonstrating personal accountability and ability to multi-task in a high pace, rapidly changing environment
-Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level - must be comfortable asking qualifying questions and challenging the status quo
