We are looking for a Sr. Technical Marketing Manager for a global Enterprise Storage Company. The focus of this FTE role is to be the communication bridge between the product division (marketing, product management, engineering) and the sales/SE team. This role will include delivering product training to the field and being the point of contact for field questions/customer feedback to the product division.
This is a FTE role with our client in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Be the bridge between the product division teams and the sales/SE organization.
• Develop content and communicate product information/updates to the sales/SE teams
• Communicate sales/customers needs to product teams; manage the resolution of issues/communicate progress of activities
• Provide regular updates and training to sales, partners and customers.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical marketing, product management or technical sales in an enterprise storage company
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with sales/SE teams
• Accomplished presenter of sales and technical material to sales/SE and customers
• Detailed oriented; excellent project management skills
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree
• Travel ~20%, globally
