The Software Integrity Group (SIG) of Synopsys is a rapidly growing business unit of one of the world's largest software companies. This is a highly visible position, working closely with our GM and Leadership team. We are growing rapidly and the team is spread across the globe in 20+ offices. To help us achieve this goal, we are seeking an exceptional and passionate communicator to lead our Internal Communications function.
General Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, responsibilities will include:
• Promote SIG's strategy and vision internally and externally
• Leverage the Synopsys brand internally and communicate a robust and exciting employee value proposition for current and prospective employees
• Communicate the SIG story and the broader Synopsys brand to engage and inspire 1,300+ employees. Connect employees to Synopsys' mission, strategies, values, culture and strategic priorities and equip all employees to be ambassadors of Synopsys
• Align employees and help them understand goals, programs, processes, and organizational elements to enable them to do their jobs well and understand what is happening within their business and the broader organization
• Consult with stakeholders to align goals and messages by working alongside inspiring executives, leaders, and employees within all areas of the Synopsys business including technology, marketing, human resources, sales etc.
• Cultivate a voice and sense of humor for the business unit, and measure efforts around internal communications to continuously improve and grow
• Design structure and timing of internal messages through a variety of communication mediums. Build and deliver messages that resonate with diverse audiences
• Build a social media presence to inspire and include employees and transform traditional communications efforts to align with shifting communications methods and standards
• Manage cross-functionally to unite resources and influence teams and stakeholders across the business
• Influence key messages across the organization that are leveraged for a variety of exciting and informative events
Qualifications and Experience
• Demonstrated experience creating, leading, and measuring holistic employee communications initiatives
• Proven track-record of designing and implementing successful social media, engagement, and digital media strategies
• Exceptional 'storytelling' abilities and the ability to tailor and deliver messages to diverse clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong comfort and presence speaking publicly
• Experience working within, or closely aligned with a global human resources organization on employee engagement strategies
• Leadership credibility evidenced by operating at all levels of an organization
• Experience within a marketing agency background supporting a variety of clients is a plus.

Education and Certifications
• BA/MA in communications or a related field
• This role will require travel to the SIG offices worldwide (20%)
