Risk Management Solutions (RMS) is looking for an experienced Global Web and Digital Lead to drive our digital presence and corporate websites across all phases of the customer journey – from brand awareness and consideration, to purchase and advocacy. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to develop our global Web and Digital strategy and digital marketing initiatives, working with agencies and our teams to architect a superior brand experience in all channels.

You must have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies and how to leverage them to engage customers, prospects and employees. You should also be able to present and advocate digital marketing and branding efforts globally to achieve our business objectives.

You will manage the digital transformation of RMS's web properties, identifying MarTech stack gaps, building the business requirements for new systems and tools, architecting a best-in-class website experience, and managing the launch of new marketing technologies. This role will also oversee digital reporting and analytics, the digital marketing OKRs and diagnostic dashboards.

Candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate an ability to manage a global agency and lead execution with speed and precision. The position reports to the Senior Director of Web and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the company

• Oversee RMS web properties including website design, systems/tools, user experience and execution roadmaps

• Ensure alignment of our digital initiatives with business priorities and OKRs

• Define and execute SEO/M analysis, keyword plans, and reporting/optimization

• Develop, plan and execute paid digital marketing initiatives including paid social media, search and display advertising

• Work with global marketing team on a global content calendar for RMS web properties, aligned to key focus periods

• Partner with the Creative team to deploy consistent, engaging brand experiences throughout all RMS web properties and digital initiatives

• Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to support their lead reporting and analytics requirements

• Manage all marketing activity tracking for attribution and ROI reporting

• Identify and partner with IT, global vendors and agencies to support the team's initiatives

• Continually refine website operations and processes to increase productivity and effectiveness

• Localize web and digital content to support RMS's global business

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience developing and successfully executing websites and digital marketing strategies

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing leader in a technology company

• Leadership experience communicating and collaborating with a diverse global marketing team and business executives in a variety of organizations and functions

• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate diplomatically and professionally with a wide variety of constituencies

• Ability to juggle competing, time-sensitive priorities

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital experiences with a strong underpinning of operational excellence

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing initiatives, on time, on budget

• Solid knowledge of online marketing and project/asset management tools and best practices

• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

• Strong analytical, project management and communication (written and verbal) skills

• Familiarity with and understanding of web design and production best practices

• Ability to work with off-shore development resources, occasionally during off-hours

• Strong understanding of web production with ability to personally jump in and fix issues if required... a major plus

• College degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field

As a counsel and advisor to some of the agency's top clients, we are seeking someone with experience in Consumer and Consumer Tech, especially focused on media relations and financial services account experience. Position Overview:

The Email Marketing Associate is part of the Annual Fund & Digital Communications team, a sub-team of the Development and Communications Department (DevCom), a passionate and highly-effective global force of marketers and fundraisers powering the organization's ambitious goals. The Annual Fund & Digital Communications team is charged with delivering the marketing and retail-level fundraising goals of Room to Read.

This position will lead the organization's email marketing strategy and execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with the goal of increasing donation conversions and supporter engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong email marketing experience, keen knowledge of industry best practices and trends, and a desire to make a meaningful impact and inspire others to join the movement to end childhood illiteracy and gender inequality in education. As part of a globally-distributed team, the Email Marketing Associate will support and collaborate with our teams in New York, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore, Zurich, Hong Kong and Mumbai. This role will report to the Annual Fund & Digital Communications Manager and will be based in Room to Read's San Francisco office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Strategy & Optimization (35%)

Use email marketing to increase one-time donation conversions, acquire new monthly donors, and increase donor retention

Use testing and experimentation to optimize email strategy, including determining best-performing subject/from lines for different segments, ideal send times/days and pacing between emails, most successful CTAs (links vs buttons, etc.), efficacy of plain text emails vs HTML, and optimal email length

Collaborate with Marketing team to strategize, build, launch, and optimize email journeys and automations to steward donors and cultivate leads

Set a specific, measurable goal for every email send (website conversion, form completion, brand awareness, etc.)

Strengthen donor stewardship and retention by implementing new ways to collect subscriber content preferences (e.g. interest in specific program or country), and use dynamic content to deliver more targeted messages

Identify opportunities for A/B testing and conduct tests; report on findings and incorporate into future emails

Prepare and share regular email performance reports, including deliverability rate, open rate, click rate, spam rate, unsubscribe rate, conversation rate, results of any tests, and anecdotal learnings about what worked/didn't work

Stay up-to-date on current email marketing best practices and research findings from other email marketers to experiment with new ideas and increase performance metrics (e.g. optimizing emails to work with Google's latest Gmail upgrades)

Email Operations & Production (35%)

Optimize email production workflow to shorten production times, employing production and testing best practices, new tools for collaboration, simplified content and templates, and efficient team coordination

Use UTM parameters for all emails to ensure that website traffic from email campaigns is consistently tracked in Google Analytics in a reportable way

Use Classy source codes for all solicitation emails to track donation conversions in Salesforce

Regularly report on list growth and implement list hygiene best practices

Develop and follow rigorous testing and QA protocols for all emails so that every email renders properly on all primary inboxes and devices, all links work, all links have UTM parameters, all images render, and copy is error-free

Maintain working knowledge of Room to Read branding guidelines to ensure brand consistency for all email communications

Craft compelling email copy or assign copywriting to other team members as appropriate

Ensure that overall deliverability remains at a high level and our relationship with ISPs is monitored and addressed as needed; serve as the organization's primary expert on email deliverability and stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

Create and manage subscriber preferences

Ensure that Room to Read complies with data protection and privacy laws as they relate to email marketing, consulting with legal team as needed

Collaborate with Shared Services team on management of Salesforce data as it relates to email marketing needs

Global Email Support (20%)

Act as Room to Read's email marketing expert globally, informing the email marketing efforts of 6-7 team members in other global offices or departments on an ad hoc basis

Train and provide ongoing support to 6-7 other Marketing Cloud users on staff

Configure and curate a collection of mobile responsive templates in Marketing Cloud for global use

Create and manage an email marketing calendar to avoid overlap and excessive email volume, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the calendar

Review small volume of email messages created by other users for quality and brand consistency

General Marketing Support (10%)

Assist with other marketing and fundraising projects as needed, including copywriting, market research, supporter surveys, and various donor engagement communications

Support the Annual Fund and Digital Communications team to deliver global revenue goals by supporting overall global email strategy

Undertake other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree

2-3 years of relevant experience in email marketing

Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience or experience with other equivalent CRM and Email Service Provider

Experience with sending different types of emails such as mass send, journey, triggered and automated emails

Experience conducting A/B tests

Knowledge of email marketing best practices and trends

Ability to manage projects effectively and manage project teams to coalesce deliverables into a timely and high-quality product

Strong understanding of information/content architecture and web copy

HTML/CSS skills, with experience coding emails preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to juggle competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines

Comfort with high levels of responsibility and ownership

Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows

Summer Session is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to direct and execute our marketing strategy-- ensuring that what's compelling about our program is conveyed to Stanford's own students, and to visiting students who come from all corners of the nation, and more than 60 countries around the world. From creating content to attract potential students to learn more, to analyzing acquisition flow and changes to reduce attrition, we're looking for someone who can envision and execute innovative strategies to meet our business and educational objectives.

Your responsibilities include:

* Analyze, refine, and manage the usage of the Summer Session website. Develop effective user-driven engagement flows, content, and metrics in order to minimize bounce, and create a more effective user experience that funnels potential students into channels, based on their key needs.

* Manage the complete recruitment funnel and identify holes where applicants are dropping off. Recommend changes to the process to increase conversion..

* Conduct market research, including competitive benchmarking, and analyze platform and campaign effectiveness, to inform decisions regarding strategic marketing direction, segmentation and customer targeting.

* Implement integrated marketing communications and brand strategy, across a variety of channels—both digital and print.

* Create a drip campaign approach based on usage metrics and Google Analytics data, so online transactions trigger unique, targeted communications.

* Manage marketing plans and programs to meet business objectives, including collaboration with internal colleagues and vendor partners.

* Find and manage vendors/consultants for specific projects, including SEO and SEM analysis, and website improvements that drive engagement and conversion.

* Oversee design and production of marketing materials from inception to deployment. This includes digital, as well as the creation of print brochures and other physical collateral.

* Lead the strategy and execution for keyword ad buys. Utilize yearly advertising budget to maximize student enrollment results, based on performance results.

* Manage project/program budget(s) and coordinate invoice processing.

* Other duties may also be assigned.

To be successful in the position, you will bring:

* Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

* High level of comfort with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

* An understanding of how to implement integrated marketing programs across channels, including digital and print.

* Previous experience in digital product or services marketing.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing channel partner systems, processes and programs. You will plan a key role in increasing the business productivity and technical proficiency of the client���s channel partner community. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up, fast paced entrepreneurial environment.<br /> This is a salaried position at Channel Impact and includes full benefits. This role requires being on-site with our client in Palo Alto.<br /> What you will be doing:<br /> Work with the client���s executive team to define the new Partner Program.<br /> Lead the development and setting up of a Partner Program Operations process to support day-to-day business functions.<br /> Establish a process to measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of the new Global Partner Program such as Partner Recruitment, Partner sales, technical certifications, program benefit (MDF, Rebates, etc.) ROI, and program compliance.<br /> Work with sales to establish the Partner Program contractual agreements.<br /> Manage, administer, and enforce the Partner Program – including but not limited to partner compliance, discounts, MDF, rebates etc.<br /> Designs policies and objectives for the Partner Program; provides input for forecasting and formulating program development budgets.<br /> Partner On-boarding and Partner Portal support.<br /> Facilitate adequate channel sales reporting to the field to ensure the business has information at their disposal to make decisions.<br /> Coordinate communication on policies and procedures to support the channel road map.<br /> Lead cross functional teams to project manage and operationalize new offerings and programs.<br /> Program System Infrastructure & Process - Responsible for sales systems and processes to drive partner and distributor autonomy.<br /> Develop enhancements for program infrastructure, including partner portal, partner specializations and programs (MDF, Rebates, etc.).<br /> Develop strategies and programs to enable our partners, promote channel adoption, drive revenue, and simplify the channel partner experience.<br /> Background & Experience:<br /> The ideal candidate must be an experienced leader who will take ownership and responsibility for the operational side of channel sales, provide leadership and contribute effective management processes, foster a positive and energetic, start-up work atmosphere, and maintain a cross functional relationship between the Channel organization, Channel Sales, Channel Marketing, and the rest of the organization.<br /> Background in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Finance or similar role at a fast-paced technology company (hardware or software).<br /> Understands the importance of financial & regulatory rules, i.e. Rebate, Discount, MDF.<br /> Strong, proven track record of supporting executive level sales staff with, but not limited to: Executive-level presentations, ad-hoc reporting and analysis.<br /> Experienced in taking worldwide initiatives and metrics and tuning them to the Channel needs and goals<br /> Partner On-boarding and Partner Program Management background.<br /> Knowledge in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), CCI, Steelbrick with a background in developing business requirements needed to build new tools and improve existing ones.<br /> Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools, building reports or managing the building of the reports & enabling channel sales staff on value and use of the tools.<br /> Detail oriented and energetic professional with a team player attitude.<br /> Superb verbal and written communication skills.<br /> Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable informed decision-making.<br /> Willing to travel globally.<br /> Bachelor's Degree or higher in an analytical or business- related field.<br /> No phone calls please.
