REQUIREMENTS
7-10 Years of experience in compensation design projects for mid to large companies
7-10 years experience in Project Management
Client facing and Presentation skills
Data manipulation and analysis
Strong excel skills.

Financial company background is not required. Will be reporting to the Principle. 23 vacation days per year. Up to 15% discretionary bonus
