Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Communication Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our high-tech client in their Corporate Diversity group to deliver strategic communications in support of client success.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact with full benefits as a remote worker.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead communications planning and coordination, driving a holistic internal/external communications plan in partnership with business and communications stakeholders.

Develop and execute a communications strategy and plan representing all audiences: Executives, Leadership (Directors/Managers) and Individual Contributors considering global, function and region communication needs.

Develop foundational communications deliverables, assets, and processes to scale the value of inclusion, diversity and collaboration across the enterprise.

Advise and manages primary channels, and develop processes for effective efficient, and measurable (future-state) communications delivery.

Manage communications to support key initiatives deemed Tier 1 with impact to the broad organization, working in partnership with business and communications stakeholders.

Provide internal/external communications consultation within a given function.

Serve as main point of contact for communications requests, and counsels on the right outcome for the business vs. facilitation of request.

Supports & coordinates key company Internal and external communications efforts for Client Functions.

Review, edit, approve and distribute internal communications for organization or initiatives in function.

Responsible for editorial content within, and about a Client Function—ex. a story that appears on the client site.

Understand the dynamics of social media outlets, and create social media activities when appropriate to build an engaged community of followers across the company.

Support strong content development, amplification and metrics.

Channel Management: Solid understanding of channel benefits and options, including digital communications. Select the most beneficial channel mix depending on audience and desired business outcome. Proficiency in different social media platforms and strategies.

Program Management: Manage project(s) with moderate to high risk. Solution requires collaboration across cross-functional teams. There are multiple inter-dependencies. Requires management of project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, and change communications.

Business Function Expertise: Understand the vision, strategy, priorities and culture of their current business function.

Presentation Development and Design: Create meaningful and impactful presentations by target audience. From storyboarding to execution of final deliverables. Graphic design experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

5+ years experience with Internal/external communications in varied disciplines, such as organizational communication, executive communication, and public relations.

Experienced in Diversity & Inclusion practices strongly preferred.

Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organizational structure within the business.

Customer service orientation, understanding that different stakeholders have various needs.

Polycom is looking for an experienced digital marketer with a track record of successfully managing international B2B corporate websites. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our International Polycom.com sites, responsible for executing on Polycom's global digital marketing strategy as well as leading projects to continually improve and optimize the user experience, ensuring best practices are being leveraged and key performance indicators are met. You will closely collaborate with internal teams, contractors and agencies to perform day-to-day tasks and project based activities associated with launches, campaigns and other integrated marketing programs, while ensuring alignment across all our digital properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across departments to realize Polycom's digital strategy and vision

• Develop detailed and effective plans to support launches, campaigns and integrated marketing programs

• Leverage established personas and journeys to help drive experiences and content delivery mediums and channels

• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to define and optimize the digital experience to support ABM and an overall personalized experience

Required Qualifications:

• Passion for digital marketing

• 8 years of relevant experience with minimum of 5+ years of experience managing international, external B2B corporate sites, preferably working remotely for a US based company

• BA/BS or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation and visual skills

He/she will help define what a finished (published) video could be, to help validate the level of quality, style, and impact with the clients' users and subsequently contribute to future requirements for product development.

Qualifications:

•5-7 years experience in motion graphics

•Bachelor's degree

•Ability to take direction, proof your own work

•Ability to work in a team environment and independently

•Experience in responsive web design

•Working knowledge of Creative Suite

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

•Accustomed to working on multiple projects at a time

•Attention to detail is critical

Channel Impact is looking for a creative and experienced Sr. Partner Communication and Program Manager who will be responsible for all of our client's Channel communications. The keys to this position are knowing the voice of the Partner and being able to align with all of the internal and external organizations, in order to get the right messaging and information out to the Partner community in a timely fashion.

This is a full time, W2, opportunity with Channel Impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Partners to effectively develop strong messaging focused on "what's in it for the partner" business value

• Project Manage the client's Partner Communication vehicles including, multiple monthly newsletters, the partner portal, social media and blogs, webinars and trainings, etc.

• Develop an internal and external approach for targeted communications in order to deliver the right message to the right partners at the right time

• Partner with corporate communications extended teams to ensure message alignment in support of company's corporate strategy

• Serve as a trusted channel marketing advisor, working with all Geo's to understand their specific needs and requirements

• Understand industry, organization and functional stakeholder perceptions and communication needs with a focus on delivering what the partners need

What You Bring To The Team

• 5-10+ yrs experience in an enterprise Channel/Partner Communications role, preferably within the tech industry, and with strong partner communication experience

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skill set with the ability to present concepts verbally

• Strong project management skills with the ability to assess, plan, organize, and coordinate many activities at once without getting frazzled

• Ability to work with outside agencies and manage deliverables and deadlines

• Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines in order to consult with confidence, manage expectations, and when needed, offer alternative options

• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills, ability to work cross-functionally

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• High energy, passionate and confident, with a "can do" attitude

• Social Media knowledge preferred

• Executes with urgency

• Bachelor of Science degree
