We are looking for a full-time Community Relations Executive to help us grow and provide the best home health care to patients. We believe that offering superior care to patients in their home, where they feel most comfortable and familiar, improves and enhances their rehabilitation process.
We are a Medicare certified agency that was established in 1997. Our services include Skilled Nursing, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Language Pathology Therapies and Medical Social Work.
The Community Relations Executive will work closely with our Manager of Community Relations to foster relationships with referral sources such as physicians, discharge planners, case managers other healthcare representatives at skilled facilities, hospitals and clinics.
Our ideal candidate will take pride in the fact that they are putting their sales skills to work by helping us to build and grow our home healthcare client base. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with a proven track record of growing a territory.

All that you need is a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other related healthcare field. A minimum of one year of prior home healthcare experience is preferred.
