Role: Channel Programs Specialist

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Time Commitment: Full-time contract, stars immediately, ends May, 31 2018

Channel Impact is seeking a Channel Programs Specialist to support a successful Global Partner Program launch for our high-tech client. The client is launching multiple global programs (Incentives, MDF, Rewards, etc) simultaneously and needs us to help Identify risk and gaps associated with the global role out. The role requires significant support of their core pillar programs: MDF, Deal Registration, Partner Rewards, University program as they prepare for launch.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact and requires being on-site at the client in Santa Cruz a portion of the time. 

What You'll Be Doing:

Tracking and managing many diverse assets: training materials, video's, UI content, Policy, etc.
Facilitating cycles to translate and complete in-country reviews: SDL process (1 to 2 weeks); Country review cycles (up to 6 weeks on average)
Manage overall communications training calendar for ongoing communication strategy, based on launch requirements
Help create excitement for launch
Identify, manage, schedule facilitate communication with target audiences
Confirm set up of partner contacts in Marketo
Identify the right target partner contacts
Manage the translation process
Collaborates on content development with SME and Marcom
Coordinate and schedule trainings for PPP Program and Core Pillar programs: MDF, Deal Reg, Rewards, University
Provide marketing communication for Partner Portal (Web, IT, Localization)
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process

Qualifications:

2+ years experience using Marketo on a daily basis
Knowledge of training tools like Brain Shark, Voice animated videos, Virtual Webcast, etc.
Expert organizational skills, very detail-oriented
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Consistent follow-through, does not get easily frazzled
Customer service, super positive, "can-do" attitude who can wear many hats
BA or BS (required)
