We are looking for a project specialist (contract to perm) to work in the customer success team of a global B2B high tech company. The project specialist will be responsible for tracking and managing customer success related projects across a global organization – working with marketing, sales, operations, support, etc. Projects may include resolving customer issues, creating responses to complex RFPs, understanding and highlight support issues. This role will directly support the Director of Customer Success. This is a great role for a detailed oriented, organized, professional with 2-3 years experience, managing projects.
This is a 40 hours per week, 6 months (conversion to perm possible), onsite in San Jose, CA (3 days per week). This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with a broad range of teams and individual
• Schedule and run project meetings, manage tasks and ensure timely completion
• Assist Director of team in follow up tasks/attend meetings/etc.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years marketing project management experience.
• Ability to work with many stakeholders across the global organization
• Strong project management skills and proven ability in managing multiple projects/deadlines
• Organized, detailed oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Bachelors degree
