We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to plan and execute communications strategies for a high tech company. This role will support new product introduction marketing planning and execution; and will also manage integrated marketing campaigns. This is a global role, with coordination required with regional marketing teams.
This is a 40 hour per week, 1 year role, must work 3 days per week onsite in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities
• Plan the integrated communications strategy for new product introductions, including regional plans, PR, Social, Digital marketing elements, etc.
• Lead the development of communications collateral working with marketing agencies and subject matter experts (Product Marketing, Product Management, etc.)
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns and create campaign assets
• Execute campaigns working with regional marketing teams
• Outline marketing metrics goals and measure results against the goals
• Make recommendations for improvements against goals
Requirements
• 3+ years of B2B high tech enterprise marketing communications experience
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans
• Ability to manage high profile projects and provide quantifiable reporting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, energetic, efficient, resourceful team player with a dedication to excellence.
• High levels of tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational and program management skills.
• Bachelors degree
