Channel Impact is seeking a junior level data analyst to join our winning partner team! In this role you will be doing a combination of data analysis and project management.
This is a W2 role with Channel Impact, that can be done from any location within the U.S.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Assist in running detailed performance reports, coordinating events and meetings, and aligning to specified tasks of larger projects.
-Compile various types of reports in Excel (utilizing downloads from various data sources).
-On occasion, compose communications, assist in Power Point creation, consolidate feedback, and assist in coordinating events and/or meetings.
-Participate in other large and small cross-functional initiative
-Be involved in various stages of event and project management including project planning (developing scope and milestones), project execution and monitoring (scheduling and/or facilitating meetings, preparing briefing documents and presentations, communicating with stakeholders), and project closure (follow-up communications, documentation of success, recording process for future reference).
The ideal candidate's skills include:
-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (expertise in Excel and PPT)
-Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
-Strong written and verbal communication expertise
-Project management and time management skills, such as coordination and completion of projects on-time, within budget, and within scope
-Wide degree of creativity and latitude
-Positive and professional approach navigating a highly matrixed organization
-BS/BA or equivalent in a related field
