Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking Product Marketing Manager with mobile platform knowledge to join a rapidly growing team with energetic, dynamic, and talented people. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a combination of mobile app marketing experience, data-driven mindset, ability to work cross-functionally, and 'roll up your sleeves and get stuff done' attitude.
As a Product Marketing Manager — Mobile you will be responsible for driving initiatives that support the business goal of acquiring new mobile users of client's product.
The Role:
•Develop deep understanding mobile app ecosystem and presence in the App Store, Google Play Store, and Samsung Galaxy app store.
•Monitor general mobile campaign performance on an ongoing basis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and optimize for user growth and retention.
•Drive the project management production of mobile app store content/metadata initiatives including videos, screenshots, descriptions, short descriptions, what's new content, keywords, promo content.
•Create and maintain an ongoing product release and marketing asset delivery calendar partnering with key stakeholders to identify and support business objectives.
•Conduct primary and secondary app marketing competitive analysis to support acquisition efforts.
•Report on campaign and mobile install base results and provide key insights to organization stakeholders.
•Maintain and support our global app store optimization operations [ASO] to positively impact our rankings and conversion rate and track define relevant key metrics.
•Iterate on our current ASO stack of tools (SensorTower, App Annie) and processes.
•Define and implement processes to streamline the execution of our marketing efforts - tracking, reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
•Provide insights and support on GTM launches and external partnerships.
•Manage relationships with, and performance of, external vendor partners to ensure successful execution.
•Drive user research as needed.
Qualities for Success:
•BS/BA 5+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience
•2+ years experience in mobile product marketing, including direct ASO experience.
•Experience with ASO tools like SensorTower, App Annie, app store testing tools like Google Experiments, StoreMaven or SplitMetrics.
•Understanding of performance-based mobile marketing core concepts including CTR, CVR, CPI and LTV.
•Familiar with ad attribution platforms like Adjust, Kochava or Appsflyer.
•Experience working across various customer segments (e.g., consumer, SMB, and/or enterprise)
•Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
•Strong experience working with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
•Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
•Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
•A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first
•Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
•M.B.A. - a plus
