Playing a key role on the Worldwide Marketing Communications team, the Marcom Specialist is the primary interface between brand marketing, creative design, production and regional marketing teams. While supporting brand strategy, the Worldwide Marketing Communications team's success relies on synthesizing all cross-functional objectives to create and deliver highly effective outbound product and marketing assets aimed at the consumer as well as proactively communicating team projects and status to/from regional teams, project workflow to all stakeholders, driving asset development schedules, understanding product marketing direction, and driving project reviews.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Driving and implementing the Marketing Communications Plan, initiation and development of retail marketing assets including retail packaging, tools and programs from initiation and direction to production hand-off, and includes maintenance of those marketing assets in the digital library.

• The Marcom Specialist will work cross-functionally to communicate and proactively drive timelines, packaging and digital asset development, and will be the subject matter expert for regional requests and channel marketing assets (both to and thru channel).

Key Duties:

• Own the development of worldwide marketing collateral, sales tools, digital and printed assets (heavy focus on retail packaging) and manage the digital asset library for specific product lines

• Set and drive project workflow and schedules for responsibilities; review and proactively communicate team development schedules to cross-functional parties

• Drive and manage bi-weekly team update calls with all regions, consistent email communications

• Represent Marcom in assigned cross-functional staff, launch and/or committee meetings

• Partner with Product, Web and Channel Marketing teams as well as IT management to help drive communications programs and web content

• Control quality of deliverables, following checks and balances systems to ensure accuracy

• Contribute to the marketing strategy for the worldwide Marketing Communication team

• Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends in the retail environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA Marketing, Advertising

• Minimum 7 years retail experience – in any of the areas below (packaging experience a plus)

o Agency experience: (Branding, Graphic Design, and Advertising)

o Account Executive

o Traffic manager

o Graphic designer

o Project Manager

o Marcom Manager

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously

• Good understanding of branding and marketing communications strategies and tactic

• Excellent sense of design, composition and aesthetics

• Solid knowledge of Project Management practices and techniques

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good understanding of retail packaging, graphic design, pre-press, printing

• Self-motivated and very driven with a keen eye for process improvements and operational excellence

• Collaborative, team player

• Microsoft Office proficiency

Channel Impact has an immediate opening for a Sr. Communication Manager, with a specialty in Change Management, to work alongside our high-tech client.. The ideal candidate is experienced in leading change for large, complex global initiatives and is a certified Change Manager (CCMP, APMG, Prosci or equivalent).

This is a full-time W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

What you'll be doing:

General:

- Define sponsorship opportunities

- Identify stakeholders and develop stakeholder management plan

- Oversee change management resources

- Develop Impact Assessment (IA) – hold IA reviews with appropriate audience (regional and global)

- Change Management (CM) -

- Create CM strategy and plan

- Recruit champions

- Develop CM playbook

- CM roadblock assessment and mitigation

- Ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption

- Lead localization efforts

Communications:

- Create change communications strategic plan based on program requirements and stakeholder input

- Create or edit comms based on stakeholder requirements, leveraging SMEs

- Cadence internal and external communications

Training:

- Develop training plan and cadence

- Promote training to build necessary knowledge and skills

- Design and develop tools to facilitate learning and adoption

- Facilitate delivery of training

- Ensure internal and external stakeholder buy-in and adoption

- Create analytics based on adoption and training requirements

- Track and report on adoption metrics

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in change management and combined corporate/internal/employee/executive communications with at least one large technology company
Change Management Certification (CCMP, APMG, Prosci or equivalent)

Pro-active by nature, willing to dive into the details and to go above-and-beyond

Previous Cisco experience a must

Background in Channels/Distribution a plus

Demonstrated leadership to be on point and out front in leading projects that solve a specified business need, successfully working with all regional counterparts

Excellent writing skills required

Expert Powerpoint skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Project management background with proven success defining, managing, and delivering communications projects on time, on budget and with impact

Clear and evident skills for collaboration and working in a complex, high-functioning team environment

Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all levels

BS/BA required

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a part-time Project Manager to oversee our team 1099 and W2 contractors. This role is an extension of ETMG's HR team and works directly with the CFO and HR manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in high tech marketing or a related field. We are a small team, so the ability and desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities into other practice areas of ETMG is strongly preferred.

Primary Duties:

• Manage the relationships between ETMG, our contractors, and clients to successfully achieve strategic and tactical objectives

• Write proposals/statements of work as needed

• Organize and manage contractor billing to clients; requires data entry of contractor hours into a customized FileMaker Pro database

• Track and manage budgets for each contractor, ensure POs are in place and provide budget reports to clients as needed

• Communicate with clients and contractors about contract-related issues as they arise

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on customer service

• Proficiency in MS Office – Word and Excel

• Strong math skills

• Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects and deadlines concurrently

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and works well as a team and independently

• Knowledge of FileMaker Pro is preferred

This is a remote only position starting at 15 hours per week and could evolve into full-time. The candidate must be set up to work from a home office environment. Hourly rate will depend on experience.

In 2018, people turned to BBB more than 190 million times for BBB Business Profiles on more than 5.2 million businesses and Charity Reports on 11,000 charities, all available for free at bbb.org. BBB offers its national and local consumer services online and in person. Through our efforts, BBB helps millions of people each year.

There are local, independent BBBs across the United States, Canada and Mexico, including BBB Serving the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern Coastal California (Golden Gate BBB), which was founded in 1927 and serves 13 counties.

The purpose of this position is to conduct outreach activities by creating more brand awareness for Better Business Bureau (BBB). This role will primarily be responsible for creating media relations, creating press releases, writing columns, creating and maintaining a social media calendar and content posts, giving presentations, engaging with charities, engaging with Chambers of Commerce, organizing seminars and events, and maintaining informational and educational material for consumers and businesses for outreach purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with marketing/communications department to plan speaking engagements (consumers and businesses), seminars, web series, podcasts, and other events (e.g., Secure ID Day) to promote BBB services.

• Creates and distributes press releases.

• Maintains online Events page, and posts related BBB releases and news on website as necessary.

• Answers media and public inquiries.

• Writes columns for local news outlets, and creates PSAs for television/radio stations.

• Seeks out potential leads for Business Development team.

• Conducts speeches and presentations as necessary.

• Develops and executes seminars, and other events such as Secure Your ID Day and social media tours with local colleges.

• Works on developing new partnerships and opportunities through programs such as BBB Charity Review and BBB Military Line.
