Director - Product Marketing Manager – Enterprise Applications (San Mateo, CA)
We are looking for a Director/Sr. Product Marketing Manager for a contract to perm role at a fast growing enterprise application company (midsized, privately held). The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for messaging/positioning of the platform solution and creating a variety of marketing/sales enablement content, such as customer presentations, solutions briefs, competitive battle cards, datasheets, etc. The focus will be on sales enablement and supporting sales to win deals. Some work will also involve solution specific (horizontal/vertical) sales enablement.
This is a 40 hours per week; 6 month contract to permanent role, onsite in San Mateo, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Understand solutions, target customer needs and competitive landscape for the enterprise application platform
• Develop platform or solutions specific messaging and value propositions
• Create a wide range of marketing/sales enablement content such as customer presentations, solutions briefs, competitive battle cards, datasheets, etc. (write and project manage content development)
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Solutions/Product Marketing Manager, developing marketing materials and sales enablement tools for enterprise applications
• Strong background in Enterprise applications with experience from companies, such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Cloudera, etc.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• BS degree
