Partner Operations Specialist

Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team supporting our high-tech client in the security space. In this role, you will be managing transactional requests related to Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners.The ideal candidate will have experience using Salesforce.com (SFDC), is motivated, creative, and hardworking. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a thoughtful yet assertive educator, are process-oriented with a good business sense, then this is the right job for you! 


This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries from the general MSSP partner inbox
  • Work with Channel Account Leads on customer requests
  • Enforce reporting process of transaction business with our client to differentiate MSSP vs resale transactions
  • Follow common MSSP renewal process that works for the needs of the MSSPs and customers served by MSSPs
  • Train support teams on MSSP operations policies and processes
  • Work with Account Managers to set MSSP discount structure and governance process including standard rules for deals desks
  • Educate deals desk on MSSP policies to ensure consistent treatment across deals and geographies
  • Track POs as they are received to ensure proper information for placement
  • Generate Partner Portal access for account contacts
  • Track MSSP opportunities weekly and ensure proper system tagging
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to track opportunities through reports and dashboards


You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • Good knowledge of the inner workings of sales and marketing operations
  • Experience using sales productivity tools, specifically Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality, timely service and support to internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn. We are willing to train the right person.
