About the Role


You are high energy, love a challenge, and enjoy working on building something meaningful. You want to improve your customers' business by selling a solution that looks incredible and customers love. You want to play a critical role in a fast growing technology company. You are self-motivated, willing to influence company culture and play a key role in sales and company growth. You are smart and passionate with 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience and have a track record finding and closing deals. You are confident in your verbal and written communication skills and relish in developing lasting relationships with your customers. Technology comes as second nature and you feel comfortable remotely presenting and demonstrating software.

This full-time, on-site position located in our Silicon Valley, CA office. 


Reports to the Director, Marketing and Inside Sales.


Key Responsibilities for this new role:


• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure


• Achieve quarterly quotas for lead conversion


• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest


• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


Requirements


• 2-3 years of previous B2B software sales (preferably SaaS)


• Track record of over-achieving quota


• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM


• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools


• Strong listening and phone sales skills


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills


• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


• Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed


• BA/BS or equivalent experience


Candidates with experience with Fleet Management Solutions, fleet telematics or enterprise mobility solutions are appreciated.
