Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide ongoing support to three Channel executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and active group, involved in high profile and strategic partner initiatives.

This is a W2 position with Channel Impact and includes full benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide support to three executives. Tasks include calendaring, booking travel, expense processing, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed. To perform these tasks effectively, you will be expected to become familiar with the products, people, and organizational dynamics within the client's Partner organizations. You will also be expected to understand how to handle, with a great degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources and other needs from the Client. You will be responsible for determining when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred. You will be responsible for following up to ensure proper disposition, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Specific Duties Include

Calendar Management: Client's calendars by prioritizing schedules and meetings. For example, may decide who gets on principal's calendar, which meetings are attended, and who can attend in that persons place.

Meeting Planning and Organization: Assists Client in planning and organizing internal and customer meetings by taking responsibility for assembling and communicating the agenda, venue, meeting technology (WebEx, TP), catering, and all other meeting logistics. Organizes internal briefings and disseminates briefing documents to key stakeholders as needed to insure a successful outcome.

Correspondence/Approvals: Supports Client by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition. May be required to create and deliver correspondence on behalf of the principal.

Travel: Responsible for making travel arrangements for the Client. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itinerary for calendared meetings while managing Client's expenses.

Expenses: Submits timely expense reports by following Client's corporate guidelines and policies.

Presentation Development: Prepare PowerPoint presentations on behalf of the 3 Executives you will be supporting.

Special Projects: In addition to the general administrative duties, additional daily tasks will be assigned to be carried out at a higher level of complexity. This includes analytical support to assist Client on special projects, researching issues, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling data and preparing reports. Provide assistance by creating PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts and Excel spreadsheets needed for tracking team and corporate deliverables as needed for the principal.

Due to frequent customer and partner engagement of the Client, you will interface directly with our clients customers and partners. Work is generally of a critical and confidential nature. Therefore, this position requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to keep information confidential, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while executing multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in an administrative environment with a minimum of one year of experience supporting a principal who was at the Director level and above.

Experience in the high-tech industry.

Expert level knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - ability to format high level presentations.

Advanced desktop calendar management program experience.

Demonstrates leadership and professionalism.

Works in an organized and disciplined manner; detail-oriented; proactive by nature.

A positive, "can-do" attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

Collaborative style who enjoys teamwork.

Champions improvements, solves problems and makes decisions.

AA or equivalent experience.
