Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team of channel careerists.
Our channel client has a newly designed Partner Program. In this role, you will be utilizing the existing Partner Program vision and framework to develop a go-to-market plan to launch the new program, as well as, recruit, develop and activate the target partner community.
The ideal candidate has deep experience building, launching and executing Partner Programs.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you will be doing:
Working with the clients' leadership to identify the targeted partner audience to patriciate in the Partner Program.
Developing strategies to recruit partners in to the Programs.
Developing an integrated go-to-market plan to launch the new Partner Program.
Collaborating with internal client teams to build out the supporting Partner Program benefits (ie. Incentives, Enablement, Demand Generation, etc.).
Collaborating with the clients' internal web team to utilize the Partner Portal to support partner on-boarding, and the overall Partner Program experience.
Providing support for executing the day-to-day activities associated with running the Global Partner Program
Ensuring partners are compliant with the Partner Program's performance criteria.
Engaging with the client's Partner Account Managers to provide guidance, and respond to programmatic related questions.
Creating or influencing the development of partner facing websites, playbooks, guides, presentation, training materials, etc, as it relates to the Partner Program.
Tracking and reporting results for Quarterly Business Review.
You're a great fit if you have:
7+ years of Partner Program experience.
Experience being a builder and an executer.
GTM launch experience at a top IT firm.
Experience working with channel sales organizations.
Security experience is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of partner business models.
Work independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and experience.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent - MBA is a plus.
