 Location: SF Bay Area


 Time Commitment: Full-time, 4-6 months


 


 Position Overview: 


 Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Ops Business Analyst to support our technology client in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate should be highly technical, specifically Salesforce.com (SFDC) certified, have channels marketing programs experience, and is comfortable interfacing daily with IT and channel sales and marketing leadership. You're the right candidate if you are process driven, possess a passion for marketing and sales data, excel in a dynamic environment, and can provide strategic input so the client can evaluate priorities, understand progress, issues and challenges to deliver and enhance channels marketing leads lifecycle.


 This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact. 


 What you'll be doing:


 -Define, implement and support the process for the timely management of channels marketing programs, leads, lead flow, and lead handover to Channels Sales teams - Ensure all process steps are best optimized and working to agreed SLAs


 -Deliver weekly business metrics, pipeline contribution, actual vs. target metrics and overall business performance reports


 -Create and manage ad-hoc and recurring reporting analysis for the Channel Marketing team in Salesforce, -Tableau, Excel (based on need)


 -Focus on data hygiene:


 -Ensure data management governance standards and processes are communicated to all stakeholders


 - Understand and recommend data hygiene, quality, and standards


 - Identify and fix data abnormalities as needed


 - Instill data quality in all data related activities e.g. list pulls, list uploads, SFDC lead disposition processes


 -Collaborate directly with Channels Marketing Managers and Channels Sales Operations to define, deliver and enhance channels marketing leads lifecycle


 -Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as IT to drive Salesforce PRM system enhancements focused on partners' lead lifecycle management


 You're a great fit if you have:


 -Strong Knowledge of SalesForce.com (SFDC) - the individual needs to be hands-on on Salesforce with a minimum of 4 years SFDC experience (Preferably Salesforce Certified Administrator)


 -Experience with Salesforce PRM Module a must


 -Strong knowledge of BI tools (preferably Tableau)


 -Strong SQL Skills on Oracle


 -Possess a strong attention to detail, operate effortlessly in a highly dynamic environment


 -Proficient writing, communication, and time management
