Role: Partner Program Manager
Location: San Jose
Time Frame: 4 months
Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to manage our client's Global Partner Program for the NA geography. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of Global Partner Program experience. In addition, the candidate has a combination of strategic vision and tactical organizational skills as well as a comfort level communicating with participants and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
This is a short-term, full-time, W2 opportunity at Channel Impact. This role does require being on site in San Jose, CA daily with opportunity for remote work 1-2 days per week.
What you will be doing:
-Provide support in executing the day-to-day activities associated with running the Global Partner Program in North America
-Ensure partners are compliant with the Partner Program's performance criteria
-Provide support and guidance to partners that are looking to maximize the program benefits such as co-marketing, enablement, incentives, etc
-Engage with the client's Partner Account Managers to provide guidance, and respond to programmatic related questions
-Manage and or provide review of channel enablement materials such as websites, playbooks, guides, presentation, training materials, etc
-Track and report results for Quarterly Business Review
-Update Program Guides, Presentations, Portal Content
-Manage the program budget associated with the above efforts
You're a great fit if you have:
-5+ years of channel/partner program experience
-Experience working with channel sales organizations
-Solid understanding of partner business models, especially distribution and value added resellers
-Strong marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad based marketing initiatives.
-Works independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and experience
-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
-Exceptional leadership skills
-Strong presentation skills
-Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
-Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
-Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience
