Channel Impact has an immediate opening for an Incentive Program Manager to oversee key components of our client's worldwide Partner Programs including marketing development funds (MDF), rebate incentives, and funded headcount. Responsibilities include vendor management, frequent engagement with operations, finance, worldwide sales, regional marketing and partners to reconcile quarterly targets, funding, resources allocation, training and communications, as well as main escalation point for all issues and questions.


 This is a full-time, W2 position with Channel Impact as a remote worker.


 What you'll be doing:


 General


 -Quarterly reporting on program ROI to senior management


 -Ongoing support for key programs with field marketing, sales and partners


 -Ownership of key programs and continued process improvement recommendations/insights


 -Ensure all content and communications are complete for program enhancements and launches


 -Provide training to field teams and partners on programs, processes, guidelines and platforms


 -Ensure timely response to field teams on critical items and frequent status updates at critical points in the quarter where there are questions/risks


 -Ongoing participation and preparation on weekly field and partner calls for status updates


 -Manage all elements of the SaaS vendor relationship including QBRs, requests for enhancements, program changes, exception process, troubleshooting tool issues, reporting, etc.


 -Advocacy and ownership of key programs at annual renewal meeting


 -Define, implement and enforce all processes and guidelines for owned programs


 -Manage program/tool access for field and partners


 -Develop and maintain program dashboards


 -Lead launch of incentives platform (Perks/Birch/Entomo)


 MDF


 -Work with finance to determine quarterly POS MDF funding


 -Ensure funds are appropriately loaded into the SaaS platform


 -Work closely with field marketing and sales to approve proposals in MDF tool


 -Manage exceptions and compliance with SaaS vendor, field teams and partners


 -Review and approve/reject claim escalations


 -Monthly reporting to field teams for funds at risk


 -Design and manage MDF guidelines


 -Ensure all proposals follow set MDF guidelines


 -Lead internal and/or external program audits


 Rebates


 -Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to finalize quarterly rebate targets and Disti MBOs


 -Coordinate with vendor(s) to load rebate targets onto VIP tool for partners


 -Work with POS vendor to identify and resolve inaccuracies and mapping issues


 -Validate POS and MBO results with field and finance to accurately calculate partner achievement


 -Generate achievement letters to distribute to partners


 -Complete payments for VAR rebates


 -Help track partner and field payment inquiries


 Funded Heads


 -Ownership for overall budget and management by GEO to funds available


 -Manage the FH approval process, ensuring request forms are completed fully with necessary information and metrics (KPIs)


 -Work with legal to complete FH agreement and ensure full execution


 -Facilitate QBRs for each FH with Channels and GEO directors to determine performance and plan


 -Collect invoices quarterly to complete payments for VARs and ensure CMs are issued to Distis


 -Help track partner and field payment inquiries


 You're a great fit if you have these skills:


 -Knowledge of the IT channel with background in programs, sales, finance or operations


 -Experience in SaaS platforms and vendor management for program administration


 -Proactive, customer focused individual with a strict commitment to compliance, defined SLAs and process improvement


 -Able to manage multiple programs at once in demanding and fast moving environment


 -Forward, creative thinker who is not satisfied with status quo or "can't be done" answers


 -Strong, confident and assertive presenter comfortable with various management levels and audience size


 -Advanced office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)


 -SFDC Experience


 -Understanding of global dynamics
