RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan and execute on the digital marketing of the company (Website, Social Media, Blogs, Online Ads, SEO, etc.)
- Research and manage both tradeshows and corporate events
- Develop, nurture and manage media/PR relationships
- Oversee the development of all marketing collateral materials, designed to meet the company's brand identity
- Working directly with the CEO; report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gather insight and assess progress against goal activities
- Manage and build from ground a small marketing team to achieve organizational goals
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
Must haves:
- Successfully implemented a broad SaaS B2B marketing strategy, scaled it and generated amazing results
- Knows how to make things stand out - can share examples from previous job showing world class quality (Intercom level)
- Has managed a small team and is a born leader
- Can analyze the marketing funnel and ROI, likes experimenting
- Is a fan of automation - that's our mindset - automate everything we can
- Feels confident designing marketing activities from (almost) scratch
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ideally, you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in the marketing, digital marketing, communications and/or public relations field
- Experience in the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs supported by an effective marketing stack
- Broad marcom experience for B2B tech
- PR related experience with a B2B tech startup
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
- Recommended experience with the supervision, management, and mentoring
- Experience working in a multinational environment with offices in different timezones
