Senior Product Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution and be hands in creating content, messages, and programs targeted at key personas. The role is focused on driving the strategy and content execution across the marketing funnel including awareness, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer adoption.

You will bring experience in creating messaging, positioning, and content that compels senior executives such as CFOs, VP FP&A, to act. You will be able to synthesize product features and benefits into an effective narrative that sells the value.

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, presales, and professional services to create effective messaging and positioning that will drive programs and content creation.

Drive content creation across product collateral, website. Data sheets, case studies, white paper, infographics, blogs, and presentation with consistent messaging and positioning. Identify and define key product capabilities and differentiators that should be included in the product collateral and videos. Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling screenshots and videos.

Support go-to-market planning and execution including the development of channel and direct sales tools, sales training and enablement, marketing campaign assets, and customer adoption assets.

Drive programs aligned to strategic initiatives by influencing others, setting clear team deliverables, project managing cross-functional teams, and executing to drive results.

Lead product launches of major releases by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Analyze data and present the information in a meaningful way to drive data-driven decisions. Types of analysis includes market analysis, pipeline analysis, customer usage analysis, and more.

Support key events as a presenter and content owner.

Desired Skills & Experience:

7+ years of enterprise software product or solutions marketing experience. Experience in finance/corporate performance management or BI experience is a plus. Cloud software experience is highly desirable.

Proven ability to execute cross-functional programs by collaboratively working with product management, sales, marketing and customer success teams to drive timely execution and results.

Proven ability to understand technical and complex concepts and map them to customer's benefits. Package the messages into easy-to-consume formats that can be used by sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Strong communication and business writing skills. Personal experience creating high quality sales and customer-facing content including presentations, web copy, datasheets as well as guiding others to create content.

Track record of presenting to different internal and external audiences, including senior executives.

Track record of creating customer and prospect facing webinar content and presenting in a webinar.

Strong project management skills with the ability to breakdown ambiguous tasks into concrete deliverables and influence others to drive projects to completion.

Proven track record of leading successful product launches.

Strategic thinker, creative problem solver and strong analytical skills with a strong bias towards action. Ability to assess a situation, quickly evaluate the pros and cons, and make decisions.

Thrives in an ambiguous work environment, able to manage tight deadlines and work autonomously.

BA/BS in marketing, finance, business or related fields; MBA is highly desired

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Leading a small team, the Business Manager will:

• Plan and direct the organization's operational structure and policies with an eye toward business success, growth/scale, and ensuring a great work environment

• Set and manage to comprehensive and measurable operational goals

• Directly manage all staff

• Manage the successful opening of new offices with minimal disruption to ongoing business

Education and Experience Requirements

MFG/Distributor of products to semiconductor, life-science and industrial markets is looking for a Inventory Manager.

The Inventory Manager provides leadership guidance that enables the warehouse to achieve customer focused and financial goals while driving the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and is the resource responsible for eliminating waste and improving flow throughout the Warehouse. Understanding material inventories, our overall supply chain, and the schedules for individual work cells are also vital skills for this position. The ability to gain working knowledge of our ERP/PLM systems is paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall management of warehouse and distribution operations including space management, inventory strategy, work procedures, safety improvements, etc.

• Responsible for daily management of distribution personnel to ensure adequate manpower and productivity.

• Maintains area standard operating procedures, ensuring information is accurate and up to date and reflective of the current practices and materials.

• Identify, develop, document, and implement standard and emergency operating procedures, as well as work instructions for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products/ materials through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.

• Performs all job duties in a safe manner, consistent with Pacific Rubber policies and follows all ISO standards.

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:

• BS in Business Management or related field

• Five (5) years working experience in a manufacturing warehouse or similar environment with leadership experience.

• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.

• ERP/PLM experience desirable.

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

• Knowledge, experience or training in Lean techniques and proficient in process auditing.

• Possess technical engineering aptitude to understand advanced level of product line knowledge.

• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol.

• Experience working in an ISO environment.

Compensation is $90K per year with 3 weeks PTO + 7 holiday, Medical and 401K
