Channel Impact is hiring a junior level (1-3 years of experience) Partner Program Operations specialist. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is early in career, has a go-getter personality, is eager to learn, and has a winning attitude. This role will be responsible for the overall Partner Program compliance and maintenance, Partner Community maintenance and On-Boarding. This job does require being on-site daily at the client's office in San Francisco.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you will be doing:
• Partner Program
- Manage Partner Program compliance; evaluate partner performance and notify partners of their status
- Responsible for keeping partner data, contracts and metrics updated in client's Partner -Program systems (SFDC, Apttus)
- Assist in creation and maintenance of Partner Business Plans
- Work with partner team on partner mapping (customer) in SFDC
- Ensure proper tagging of opportunities within SFDC
• Partner Community
- Manage the client's Partner Community inquires and partner access
- Responsible for project managing community functionality enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-function team to ensure material is current at all times
- Present updates community to both partners and partner team, as needed
- Train partners and partner team on Partner Community, as needed
• Partner On-Boarding
- Work with team to create an on boarding process for new Partners
- Execute and track Partner on-boarding process
- Work with Operations to create reporting to show status of Partners around on-boarding and tiering
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in SAAS company, preferably working with Partners
- Knowledge of Alliances and Channels
- Self-starter, excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new, innovative ideas.
- Interest in understanding of identity landscape or identity-space knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce, Apptus
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation creation
- Ability to evolve existing processes and execute on new strategies
- Demonstrated experience navigating cross functionally across organization
- Highly organized, detail and task oriented
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
- A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
- Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others ideas into all aspects of job
