Part-time Clerical Assistant (20 hours weekly, 5 hours Monday-Friday)
Salary range: $19-$20/hourly.
The Ecumenical Hunger Program is a non-profit agency that has provided emergency assistance (food, clothing, furniture, household essentials), and ongoing support services to families and individuals in East Palo Alto and the surrounding communities since 1975.
Position Summary:
This is a Part-time position. Employee is responsible for assisting Bookkeeper with clerical related tasks. This position will also assist with clerical duties assigned by administration.

Primary Responsibilities
Donor batch entries and acknowledgements including paypal and benevity
Copy check donations
Assist with EHP website and Facebook updates
Download reports from credit card website
Download reports from various websites for donations reports
Assist with paying bills
Data entry
Filing
Write In honor of/memory acknowledgements cards
Other clerical duties
Help with end of year Audit
Set-up files for new fiscal year
Note: The job description shall not be construed as a contract and is not a complete list of all miscellaneous, incidental or other duties which may be assigned during normal operations. Overtime will be required during certain times of the year.

Ability to multi-task

Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
Engaging team player
Proactively seek resolution
Experience using Microsoft suite and other software
High school diploma required
