Events Marketing Manager

[Job Overview]

An integral part of the marketing team, the role is responsible for managing events with a key focus on customer experience, brand promotion, and sales enablement. Coordinate with business leadership, product marketing, and sales functions to ensure coordinated messaging and demand generation

[Responsibilities]

- Manage logistics for large national and international tradeshows and events (booth set up, tear down, follow-up)

- Coordinate details of other events such as conferences, sales meetings, and other business meetings

- Coordinate with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders during event planning and to promote the event

- Provide post-event reporting, metrics, and lessons learned

[Education]

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience

Required

Prior experience at tradeshows and congresses (preferably in healthcare industry)

Excels at managing multiple projects to successful execution and strict deadlines

Time management skills and ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks

Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail

Some travel required
