Market Research & Business Analytics Manager
Support the development of the company's strategic plan and drive an analytical approach to researching key business issues. Provide US/global market and competitive insights to the company based on primary and/or secondary marketing research and analytics. The role will identify market trends and growth opportunities, diagnose customer needs and behaviors, predict competitive dynamics, and analyze the economics of the business so that the company can make effective choices that maximize competitive advantage.
[Responsibilities]
- Design appropriate research and analysis plans based on understanding of available research
- Deliver voice-of-customer and competitive market research to validate business assumptions, customer requirements, and financial drivers
- Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to identify research and analysis needs
Responsibilities may also include support in: Strategy, Health Economics & Outcomes, Reimbursement, and Portfolio Management to bring innovations to the market and meet corporate revenue goals
[Education]
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related analytical, research and/or consulting experience
Master's degree (e.g MBA, MHA, MPH) and 1-2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare and/or medical device/medical imaging experience
